Enjoy the warmth and ambience of the electric fireplace and carpeting to greet your toes on chilly mornings. You’ll love the convenience of the ensuite bathroom with tub/shower combo and all bathroom essentials, such as towels, toiletries, and hair dryer.
Both kids and adults will love the Upstairs Bunkroom with two twin-over-full bunk beds. You’ll have a closet for storage, along with a large beanbag chair and a view of the lake.
Downstairs, you’ll find the Downstairs Bunkroom with its queen bunk beds. Bedside tables with lamps flank the bunk, and you can directly access the deck through sliders. Storage is in the form of a closet and built-in dresser.

Once you’re settled in, head back to the upstairs living room. Relax on the large and flexible sectional that allows space to stretch out and enjoy the cozy warmth of the electric fireplace. Watch your favorite shows, movies, and sports on the 65” ROKU TV, accessing popular streaming services using your own log-ins. Step easily out to the screened porch or deck from the living room.
Head outside to explore the outdoor amenities, starting with the downstairs deck, where you can find your bliss in the 6-person hot tub. In the evening, laugh, tell stories, and make memories around the firepit with plentiful Adirondack chairs. You’ll find the firepit especially safe, set on an isolated promontory with gravel surface and illuminated with quaint streetlamp-style lights.
Best of all, you have exclusive access to the lake via your private dock with swim ladder, where you can swim, and fish for plentiful bass, crappie, bluegill, and catfish. You can also picnic here on the supplied table. - NOTE: Due to Kentucky Lake having a winter pool from 9/15 to 4/15, water levels may be too low for dockage during this time
Back inside, have a blast in the downstairs game room with pool table, 2-player arcade console with 4,500 games, and a checker/chess coffee table that opens up to reveal many more games such as card games and Jenga. Enjoy a movie night with the 50” ROKU smart TV, comfy sofa, and four barrel-style chairs.
Unwind in bug-free bliss on the screened porch, where you can enjoy beverages and snacks at the table for 8, play games, and appreciate the stunning view.
At mealtime, prep and cook your best culinary creations in the fully equipped kitchen with all the standard major appliances – refrigerator, stove/double oven with built-in air-fryer, microwave, and dishwasher – plus a nice selection of small appliances – blender, hand-mixer, rice cooker, crockpot, waffle-maker, and Keurig K-Duo that includes regular drip coffee-making and K-cup style brewing. You’ll find plenty of prep space on the countertops, along with all the cookware, bakeware, dishware, flatware, glassware, serving-ware, and utensils you need to prepare and serve your favorite meals.
Dine in the dining area with lake view at the table for 12-16. Or dine al fresco at the table for 8 on the screen porch. You’ll find the large gas grill on the deck. The dining table can also separate and there are 4 additional chairs provided in bedroom 1
Should you need to do remote work during your stay, you’ll find a workspace with desk and executive chair in a dedicated room with a door.
Refresh and rejuvenate in the upstairs common bathroom with double-sink vanity and shower or the downstairs common bathroom with tub/shower combo, both with all bathroom essentials.

Perfect
This property worked out perfectly for our family. With it being a very cold weekend, we were able to take advantage of the awesome fire pit and hot tub. We also loved the pool table and arcade game. We hope to come back sometime in the summer to enjoy the lake.
We had about 12 people for a long weekend while in town for a wedding, both kids and adults. The house and experience was perfect. The owners have thought of everything and have gone out of their way to make the experience special. The decor was beautiful and the views were unbeatable. From the stocked coffee bar in the morning, relaxing on the screened in porch, to the smores by the fire in the evening, they had it all covered. Our friends made use of the kayaks and the nice clean hot tub as well. This place is definitely tucked away down some winding dirt roads, but it is worth the adventure to get there!
Property is amazing, plenty of room. There were 17 people in our group and enough dock space for 8 bass boats. House is very clean and has updated appliances. It was very relaxing enjoying the fire pit every evening with a fantastic view of the lake. Our family would definitely stay here again.Tom was a great host and was available at any time if needed
“The View” was a wonderful stay for all 16 of us. We celebrated 3 birthdays and had lots of time on the water. The host was very helpful and provided us with a pontoon boat (extra cost) and suggestions of where to go on the lake. The kitchen was well-stocked for our large group. Walmart and other grocery are only 23 min away and will do delivery, if needed. The kids will have wonderful memories of this vacation! Thank you!
Everything about our stay from beginning to end was amazing. Hospitality and helpfulness from our host was above and beyond. The house was very clean and so well stocked with essentials. The beds were all very comfortable. We had 19 and an infant but with the great layout, the beautiful fire pit area and huge screened porch we had plenty of space. The dining table and screened in porch table off the kitchen gave us room for everyone to sit down for meals together. The private dock was great to swim off of and even came with umbrella tables to get in the Shade for a break. We rented the owners pontoon boat one day to explore the lake and do some tubing and another day rented a jet ski. That made it so convenient. With permission we had a beautiful place for 4th of July fireworks over the lake. The only complaint any of us had was that it wasn’t a long enough trip. We would love to bring our group to stay again and we are telling friends and family what a great place it is to have some lake fun.

Kentucky Lake Stay
This provided a great place for our family traveling in from many different directions. With this being a big group, we appreciated having large tables both in the house and in the screened porch, with plenty of extra chairs. We also appreciated the extra towels we could use for showers and swimming. The kayaks were a big reason we stayed here, and this was a good spot to fish as well. The diagram of sleeping arrangements is different than the written description-- so follow the (correct) written description if you are preplanning sleeping arrangements. The kitchen is well-equipped but could use extra serving bowls for food, chips etc. We enjoyed hiking Energy Lake, Hematite Lake and Raptor Ridge at Paris Landing State Park. The children in our party enjoyed the Nature Center and Planetarium at the Golden Pond Visitor Center. Expect to drive into Murray for groceries. The instructions for checking out were simple and don't require you to do most of the cleaning. Highly recommend!

About the host
Hosted by Tom Warner
We’re the family behind Warners Paradise, a small collection of lakefront stays on beautiful Kentucky Lake near Murray, KY. We live and host locally, and we’ve poured a lot of time, care, and creativity into making each space feel special, comfortable, and easy to enjoy.
Warners Paradise started with a simple idea: create the kind of place we would want to stay at—somewhere clean, cozy, thoughtfully designed, and close to the water, with all the little details taken care of. Over time that vision has grown into several unique properties, including cabins, larger homes for groups, and now our geodesic domes for couples looking for a one-of-a-kind getaway.
We take pride in:
Clear communication – You’ll always have detailed instructions and quick responses.
Clean, well-maintained spaces – We care about the details and want each stay to feel “wow.”
Local knowledge – From boat rentals to restaurants and things to do around Kentucky Lake, we’re happy to share recommendations.
Our goal is simple: when you leave, we want you to feel like you’ve truly had a break—rested, recharged, and already thinking about when you can come back.
If you have any questions before or during your stay, please don’t hesitate to reach out. We’re glad you’re considering Warners Paradise for your time at the lake.
