Holiday in clermont

Location was good however the property was quite dated in decor and some deferred maintenance. Few minor issues and quirks addressed by host promptly which was helpful. Great layout for our family not as clean or updated as my family would have liked but and overall good trip. For a quiet location with plenty of space a good choice if decor is not a priority

Disappointing experience

Experienced a significant issue and management was difficult to communicate with and not very interested in taking responsibility for the problems. A partial refund was agreed upon only after pushing them to fully understand our experience. VRBO description of bed/bath configuration was not accurate which caused an issue. Home was also very poorly equipped. Bath towels were few and old, No garbage bags,paper towels, dish towels, bathroom soaps/shampoos, no ice, AC didn’t work correct. Would not stay at Swiss Vacation Houses again.

Excellent property; enjoyable stay!!

This house is located in a beautiful golf course community and is an exceptional place to stay!! The check in process after hours was so easy and we couldn’t be more thrilled with our stay! I recommend this place to everyone! Bring your golf clubs!!

What a great place. We loved it so much we definitely will be returning.

Wonderful experience. Private setting, felt safe and close to stores. Played golf and really enjoyed our time.

It is a very nice property, spacious & with spacious rooms.

As a recent renter of your property Swiss 41, I would like to send you some comments regarding the house. It is a very nice property, spacious & with privacy for each couple. Having said that there are things that should have some upkeep: 1. We entered through the garage which was open to see a lot of junk misplaced & the floor dirty, water treatment covered in dirt (don't think works) , folding doors broken. First impression was not good. 2. Master bedroom- air conditioning kind of hot, entrance & bathroom doors didn't close, side lamp with bulb broken, no toilet paper (at least one)only one tiny soap for both shower & hand soap ( small details that seem big), & most worrisome of all was the porch veranda completely loose. 3. The room next to the kitchen ( A/C wasnt working properly ) 4. All toilets & almost all showers had that yellow stain that looked really disgusting. 5. Smell that came out of the water was Nasty 6. BBQ for which cleaning fee is paid, was dirty & had to be cleaned( you should had the proper tools for the guest to cleaning between uses ) 7. Pool had a lot of leaves & was not cleaned either Friday or Saturday as said in the welcoming papers. Had to be cleaned by ourselves 8. There is an electric extension beneath the living room carpet that is rather bulky & caused several of us to trip over. 9. Dishwasher was full. 10. There should be pool towels for each person. 11. The room curtains had a lot of missing blinds so No privacy at all. Upkeep the property. LET ME SAID THIS AGAIN: WE LOVE YOUR HOUSE.

Secluded stay in a nice home away from home.

This home actually had more than what was specified in the listing. There were 5 beds (1 K, 2 Q, 2 Single)! Also there is a loft area overlooking the living room that the kids loved! The house was clean and had plenty of space for the 7 of us. The property is lined with trees.

An 80s dream.

The jacuzzi/hot tub does not work. When the pool guys came, they couldn’t even get it going. Also, there was not a “house bathroom” for the house. You would have to go through a bedroom to get to the bathroom. It was nice having 4 bathrooms, but having at least one of those be central would’ve been helpful. The pictures do not fully match the house. The app didn’t match the online listing. That being said, it was an overall nice experience. Things are outdated but it was a comfortable place to stay.

Great Location

We had a wonderful time during our stay. Our favorite part was the backyard patio, swimming pool, and space. Villa has great internet speed which facilitated our remote work (perfect for software engineers) smoothly. It had everything we wanted the area is pretty quiet and in a great location. I would recommend it if you want a nice and relaxing getaway.
