Keyless entry. The last 4 digits of the primary guest phone number will be used for access. Abundance of parking. Driveway can fit 4 cars or 2 SUVs. Overnight street parking is not allowed. Guest can park extra cars overnight by the clubhouse. There are 2 exterior cameras....one in the front of the property facing the driveway and one in the back for security reasons. None of our cameras faces the inside of the house.

The space
This entire, single-level home in the Orlando Area offers four bedrooms and three bathrooms designed for comfortable group stays. The layout is open and easy to navigate, with no stairs, making it suitable for guests of all ages. The living areas flow naturally, giving everyone space to gather or unwind on their own terms.

Sleeping arrangements
Two king ensuite bedrooms provide privacy and comfort, each with its own bathroom and Smart TV. A third bedroom features a queen bed, while the fourth is a themed room with two twin beds, ideal for younger guests. Additional sleeping space is available on two queen-size pull-out sofas located in the living and family rooms. Bed linens, extra pillows, and blankets are provided.

Bathrooms & laundry
Three full bathrooms include a bathtub, hot water, and bathroom essentials. A washer and free in-unit dryer are available, along with an iron and clothing storage, making longer stays easy to manage.

Kitchen & dining
The kitchen is set up for everyday cooking and shared meals, with full-size appliances and a dining table nearby. Whether you are preparing breakfast before heading out or enjoying a relaxed dinner in, everything is laid out for convenience. Coffee is provided, and breakfast is included as part of your stay.
