Keyless entry. The last 4 digits of the primary guest phone number will be used for access. Abundance of parking. Driveway can fit 4 cars or 2 SUVs. Overnight street parking is not allowed. Guest can park extra cars overnight by the clubhouse. There are 2 exterior cameras....one in the front of the property facing the driveway and one in the back for security reasons. None of our cameras faces the inside of the house.

The space
This entire single-level home offers four bedrooms and three bathrooms, designed for comfort and flexibility. Two king ensuite bedrooms provide privacy and space to recharge, each with a Smart TV and ceiling fan. A third bedroom features a queen bed, while the fourth is a themed room with two twin beds, well suited for younger guests. Additional sleeping options include two queen-size pull-out sofas located in the living and family rooms. With no stairs in the home, moving throughout the space feels simple and accessible.

Living and entertainment
Indoors, shared spaces are set up for both relaxation and fun. You can settle into the seating areas to stream shows on the 65-inch HDTV or spend time in the air-conditioned game room, which includes arcade games, a pool table, ping pong table, life-size games, and themed decor. The kitchen is fully equipped for everyday meals and longer stays, with space to cook, prep, and enjoy time together.
