The Best Time

Villa 61 at Swiss Fairways is a beautiful place you can relax and feel at home away from home. It's well equipped for cooking and has endless amounts of fun. You can watch the ski boats and ski students daily, hang gliders flying over and amazing sunrises over the lake. We did not want to leave. Thank you Swiss Fairways for helping us kick off summer break with the best times!

Beautiful Property

The property was very nice! Pool was amazing. Bring extra towels, trash bags, paper towels ETC. We did have a great time, but the house could use some updating for sure and better cleaning, all the fans had dust on them that you could visibly see

Nice house but could use some upgrades

We enjoyed our stay at the house. We had a few minor complaints: the house could use some upgrades. We were also not aware that there were additional charges to have the pool and hot tub heated. The note about using too much electricity could result in more charges was not a welcoming sight but overall we had fun.

Ok not the best

The property was nice no pool ready did not have a pool till 3rd day look cleaned no Fans in any rooms Was very hot the front entrance path had plants that needed to be clean to clear a path killed 3 huge spiders had no water half of the morning of our last pool day. The house was nice just did not look like anyone prepared it for a stay or that anypme has stayed in a while and day of check out the car in the Garage alarm went off. The manager was very nice and helpfull

Perfect home for our needs

We stayed while attending a wedding in Webster. Great location, house was perfect for our needs. We had issues with the pool and spa upon arrival, but the rental management company took care of it. Thanks!

Typical Outdated Swiss

Excellent location, great and responsive management company but be prepared to be transported to the 1980’s. Everything is old and mismatched and cheap, from the furnishings to the linens. A single roll of paper towels, no dishwasher soap or trash bags provided etc. Lots of deferred maintenance with mini blinds falling down and messy exterior etc. Owners need to update to demand the high prices. Excellent location to skiing, near Publix and dining.

Great house in quiet area & beautiful views

We had never been to this area, but it was not too far from Orlando and in a nice quiet area. The house was great and the views were wonderful. Had a few issues with the hot tub heat when we arrived, but a quick call (after hours) and within 10 minutes a pool guy was there to fix. The kids loved playing in the pool and watching all of the boats and water skiers go by! The sunrises over the trees were incredible and while on some busier roads, my husband and I enjoyed walking between the two communities each day. Cable did not work on the TVs for us, but we spent most of the days in the pool so we didn't mind. Grocery store just minutes away was nice and the house was stocked with literally anything you could need. Loved the later check out time and felt like we were staying at a friends home -- it was great!
