Flat screen televisions in every room offering DIRECTV Choice with 175+ channels including HBO, SHOWTIME, STARZ and CINEMAX. 52" SMART TV in Living Room for NETFLIX, AMAZON PRIME. DVD in the children's suite allow multiple families to have some down time on their own between beach fun and dinner plans. Modern and simple decor create the ambiance of hotel sophistication with the amenities of a warm and cozy home. Chefs industrial 6 burner, double oven stove with griddle top, allow for creative fabulous meals and big family feasts. Outdoor living includes private patio with Weber grill and BRAND NEW outdoor shower.

We had a wonderful week at ACK at Penny Wishes. It was the perfect home away from home for our family. It is in a great location which makes it easy to get everywhere we want to go. This was our second stay at this property and we would go back 100 percent. The owners take pride in their property and have quick communication. We highly recommend.

Perfect Nantucket Getaway

We just returned from a 3 night stay at Penny Wishes and had the best time. The house was spacious and perfect for our two families to share. We have rented in the Naushop area for a few years, but this house has quickly moved to the top of the list. The listing is accurate and the home has a wonderful feeling to it. The hosts were responsive and helpful. We hope to return again next year!

Central Nantucket location for mid-large sized group

We rented for a wedding taking place on the island and found that the house was a perfect place to return to between events and activities. Eric was great at communicating and easy to work with.

A lovely week on Nantucket

Our family of 6 adult and 3 children enjoyed a lovely week in this beautiful home. We enjoyed beaches, museums, shopping, biking and then returning home to relax in this spacious, welcoming home. The three year old loved the community pool and playground. Everyone agreed that they would love to return someday soon.

Naushop home

We loved the house and the neighborhood. The location was very convenient (caveat: we did have a vehicle). The neighborhood was a great place for walking, and the island's trails are easily accessible. We had a toddler with us, and there is a great playground less than 1/2 mile from the house. All in all, we were very happy with the accommodations and would definitely stay there again.

Beautiful home

We celebrated my mother in laws 70th birthday at this very beautiful home. The decor is sophisticated and very tastefully designed. We found the 3rd floor to be perfect for the 4 kids, and they loved the close access to the community pool and a great playground just a little walk away. The pool received beautiful new deck furniture after we arrived- which was a lovely surprise. We’ve stayed in many areas of the island and this was the most convenient to everything on the island. Thanks for a memorable week on our favorite island!

Great house in a lovely neighborhood

Loved this house! Had a great kitchen with a full range and griddle top. There is a small space outside to sit. the only thing different from the listing is that the space with 4 twin beds doesn't have a door and is thus a shared space on the 3rd floor with the double bed room. Otherwise, the host was very responsive and proactive!! Easy check in, easy check out. Thank you!

Highly recommend!

This is a wonderful, spacious yet cozy home. A group of friends and I enjoyed it for a weekend of relaxing and merrymaking for the holiday Stroll and had a great time. The house was clean, well equipped, and comfortable. Easy drive into town. Would love to stay again!

Columbus Day Weekend Trip

We came with another family and I can say this house was absolutely perfect. The kids had enough room to play in multiple areas and they loved the “bunk room”. Also the 2nd floor rooms were very spacious and accommodating. The kitchen has all the essentials you need. We hope to stay again on future visits!

A perfect stay- hope to be bACK

We loved our stay! It was a hodgepodge group but the house couldn’t have been better. Myself, husband, and baby, my in-laws, and my friend from college and her boyfriend. The three main bedrooms and full bathrooms were great for each couple. Our baby was upstairs. A perfect trip and stay!!

Easy home for a large group

We are an extended family of 8 and for us, this floorplan is ideal. Everything in the home is very clean and lots of conveniences are within a minute of the neighborhood. The airport is less than five mins which was perfect for those of us who flew, the best playground is an easy ten minute walk and Main Street is a ten minute drive. We made great use of the community pool and tennis courts in the evenings. Thank you for the stay!

A great house at a great location!

I stayed at this property in June 2022 with a group of 5 girl friends. The house is beautifully decorated, all is new and it has a great layout. Full kitchen, plenty of space to spread out. It is also located near a number of bike paths, near the airport and coffee shops. The manager /owner was very attentive proactively reaching out to see if we had all we needed. I recommend and would stay here again!

Perfect comfortable, clean home

My wife and I stayed with three other empty-nest couples at a Nantucket house called Penny Wishes. The house was perfect for our group. Check in was a breeze. There was a sheet of clear, succinct, and useful information on the counter. It was clean and well decorated with abundant space. The kitchen was well equipped and everything was in working order. The owners were very communicative and cooperative. Everyone in our group has only good things to say. This would also be a great house for children!

Girls Week

Our girls' trip was a great success in this beautiful house. It is well located, with easy bike rides to various beaches, restaurants and market. The owners were attentive and easy to work with on the rental. We had a group of six. The main level includes a well-stocked kitchen, nice family room, living room and dining room. The second level includes a large master bedroom and two additional bedrooms. The top floor has one large bedroom, with four twin beds; and a second room, with a full size bed. Kids or teens would love the top floor. I would highly recommend this rental.

We fell in love with Nantucket on our first Wedding Anniversary, also our first visit to ACK. We rented bicycles and explored the entire island, stopping at local beaches and topping off the magic with incredible dining experiences at one of the many exquisite local restaurants. We knew then that we had discovered a very special place.
We have been back every year since, and now 15 years and two children later, our dreams came true when we purchased out first Nantucket home in our favorite community of Naushop. We hope that you will enjoy our interpretation of Nantucket living with all our favorite amenities that we now customized for you after 15 years of renting. We hope to provide you with an experience as magical as those that we have treasured over the years.

Penny Wishes possesses the character and tradition synonymous with Nantucket living including the staples of privet, hydrangeas and white picket fences. The brick pathways leading to the hill perched, sun drenched home with views of the community, always remind of you of how lucky you are to be on island. We fell in love with the house and the vision of transforming it into an open concept family home, which we believe we have successfully accomplished. It now feels like the Coastal Living Nantucket home of our dreams with a contemporary aesthetic and nod to tradition.
