Welcome to Legacy Manor, a third-floor condo at Summit Manor in downtown Gatlinburg. Enjoy mountain views and the sounds of LeConte Creek from two private balconies, with downtown restaurants, shops and attractions within walking distance.

BEDROOMS AND BATHROOMS
The primary bedroom offers a king bed, 43-inch smart TV and private balcony access. Its ensuite includes a walk-in shower and jetted tub, with soaking salts, towels and Paul Mitchell hair and body products.

The second bedroom has two queen beds and a 43-inch smart TV. The guest bathroom features a tub/shower combination, a pocket-door layout, Paul Mitchell toiletries, hand soap, a hair dryer and towels.

SETTLE INTO CONDO LIVING
Prepare breakfast or dinner in the full-size kitchen, equipped with appliances, cookware, granite countertops and a Keurig Duo coffee maker. Spend time together indoors or enjoy coffee and the mountain setting on a private balcony.

A washer and dryer, iron, ironing board and starter laundry pods help make longer stays convenient. The third-floor condo can be reached by elevator or stairs.

EXPLORE GATLINBURG ON FOOT
Leave your car in the private lot and enjoy nearby dining, shopping and attractions. The Ober Mountain tram station is across the street from Summit Manor, and the Great Smoky Mountains National Park entrance is nearby. Ask Cathy and Glen about concierge services and local activities, including pontoon rentals on Douglas Lake.

Enjoy the shared heated pool and hot tub during their seasonal operating period. Please bring your own pool towels.

The unit has an exterior security camera. Tampering with the security camera, smoke detectors, or fire extinguishers will result in the cancellation of the reservation with no refund.

Please buy travel Insurance, as we do not refund for weather, power outages, etc. No chargebacks or refunds on fees or amenity breakdowns.

We do NOT allow occupancy over 6 guests. Over-Occupancy will get you immediately evicted with No Refund!

The property was impeccable. The beds and the pillows were extremely comfortable. They used top quality shampoo and conditioner and towels. There was a pretty view of the mountains and a nice deck you could sit on. The owners were very easy to reach and were very friendly as well. I would stay here again in a heartbeat.

Place was amazing! We’ve been staying at summit manor for 4 years now and this unit has easily become our favorite. The condo is extremely clean and tidy and the beds are very comfortable. We love this place we will definitely be back!

We truly enjoyed our time at Legacy Manor! The condo is beautifully decorated and equipped with the essentials. We enjoyed sitting on one of the balconies each night with a glass of wine or cider watching and listening to the Gatlinburg activity. The shared pool and hot tub were clean with plenty of lounge chairs to use. Everything was within walking distance for us: wineries, restaurants, Skybridge, Anakeesta, and the aquarium. We would 110% stay here again! Bonus- we saw two bears while there.

Beautiful condo in the perfect location! Comfortable, spotlessly clean, and very quiet. Summit Manor is always a great choice and Legacy Manor is one of its finest units. Hopefully the Quality Inn will soon repair the elevator to parkway level and make the Summit Manor experience even better. A wonderful place to stay in Gatlinburg!

We have stayed at Summit Manor many times in various units. They were all nice and well maintained but Legacy Manor was the nicest. The Christmas tree was a nice touch. Nightly visits from the bear are a bonus. Can’t beat the location and privacy. Owner is very responsive. Will definitely stay here again.

We needed a place close to the Convention Center and this place was great! We were close enough to walk everywhere. It was very clean and overall nice. I would definitely stay here again.

Condo was very nice and clean. Renters were very helpful when we could not figure out exactly where the building was. Condo is within walking distance of everything. Excellent location! Would definitely recommend!

Great place to stay in Gatlinburg

This property was great for our stay in Gatlinburg. We had a hiccup with our check-in, but a quick call to the owner took care of the problem quickly. Property was in magnificent shape, looked like new! Especially loved the balconies since the weather was perfect! Furniture/beds were all comfortable. Location was perfect right off the parkway with elevators to ground level. Plenty of dining options right nearby. We drove in, parked, and didn't get back in the car until we left. Would stay there again upon returning to Gatlinburg.

Fabulous stay! Condo is exactly as described and very clean. My husband and I spent our 30th anniversary here and had the best time. We parked the car and then walked everywhere - restaurants, shopping, attractions, and even to the Gatlinburg Trail of the Great Smoky Mountains National Park, so the location is awesome. The pool and hot tub looked very well kept, but we didn’t use them (others did though). Jet tub was amazing. There is an elevator in great working order (condo is on the 3rd floor) if you don’t want to lug your suitcase up the stairs. One thing to note - the building is up a short but a bit steep hill. Not an issue at all for us, but if you are walking back to the unit and have elderly or anyone disabled in your group, this is something to be aware of. It actually helped us burn a few more calories after the yummy meals we ate out. Great property, great stay! We will definitely be back!

Quick Change

I booked this condo with the previous owner many months back. When the owner contacted me to let me know he had sold the rental, I reached out to the new owner Kathy with the number he provided me. She was great in honoring any already bookings and had blocked our dates so no one else could access them until we had spoke. I canceled our original booking and rebooked with the new listing. Kathy was great in communicating when I had concerns in the beginning and then continued when I was looking for recommendations within downtown Gatlinburg. The condo was super clean, well stocked and VERY comfortable to be in. My son and I had visited Gatlinburg over Spring Break this year and stayed in a cabin, which was wonderful, however I really wanted to have lodging on the strip. My son already wants to go back and stay in the condo for our next trip! Thank you Kathy for your hospitality and we look forward to booking your place again! Side note...once you all figure out how to sneak through Howards for easier access to the condo, have dinner there...VERY TASTY!

We had an absolutely AMAZING 3-day stay at this beautiful 2-bedroom condo in downtown Gatlinburg! From the moment we arrived, everything exceeded our expectations. Our original condo wasn’t quite ready when we checked in, but the host responded immediately and had us taken care of within minutes. The level of customer service was outstanding and really set the tone for our entire stay. It’s refreshing to have a host who truly cares about their guests’ experience. The condo was spotless, spacious, beautifully decorated, and had everything we needed to feel right at home. The downtown location couldn’t have been better—we were just minutes from all the restaurants, shops, and attractions, making it easy to enjoy everything Gatlinburg has to offer.And to top it all off…we actually got to see a bear! Hank the Tank. It was such an unforgettable experience and made our trip even more special.We couldn’t have asked for a better experience and will absolutely be booking this condo again. Highly, highly recommend!
