Everyone enjoyed our stay in the Hill Top House. The house was well outfitted from the kitchen, bathrooms, linens, electronics and games. We will try to stay there again when we return to K Falls.
Great place to stay with amenities such as a full fledged media room, game room, gym, and an amazing lake view! The amenities exceeded our expectations. It is conveniently located at an hour’s drive from Crater Lake. Enjoyed our stay!
This is a great property for a group of friends or a group of families. The Great Room is a wonderful gathering spot. The kitchen is big and well appointed. The cinema room is a great addition. The local wildlife (mostliy deer) gave a sense of being in the wilderness. The couple of questions we had during our start were answered promptly.
Great views, great beds, everything we needed and very responsive to any questions we had! There were 8 of us staying there, one of whom was my 90 year old dad! It was great for him once we got him down the one set of stairs from the street, the rest of where he needed to be was on one level. Theater room is very fun to watch movies in!
This family sized stay in Kalamath Falls was just what we needed, perfect for our large group. Owners were very responsive. Fantastic kitchen, great sleeping spaces and the teens really enjoyed the play room. Four washers and dryers made quick work of a week's worth of laundry. The hot tub unfortunately was way too high on chemicals - it was clean for sure, but we could not use it. Great to see the wildlife all around. Highly recommend this stay for your large group or family stay
Clean, bright home. Fully stocked kitchen. Lots of towels… Only suggestion that we have, since there really isn’t a yard to play in, is for there to be access to the garage. Maybe with a ping pong table, scooters, trikes, etc. Otherwise, great stay.

Thanks for taking the time to leave a 5 star review. We are currently in the process of remodeling the garage to make it into a game room for our guests. Hope you can come back and experience it when done. Thanks!
All in all it was a good time with a few problems!
Garbage disposal is Mickey Mouse & water drains slowly. I recommend fixing the kitchen sink; I threw the excess screens out onto the porch and I recommend replacing the garbage disposal and fixing the drain.
My wife fell in the washing machine area due to a building code issue---this was Not the time for her to fall due to previous experiences; I recommended to Nick how to fix the issue. Washers & driers were nice.
Renting a video was a pain and didn't happen.
The HVAC system had a problem or we couldn't figure it out. The hot tub or something came on at 2 a.m. and it would have been nicer to have quiet.
That being said, Nick seemed quite responsive and helpful.

Hey Tom,
I’m so sorry to hear about your wife falling — we hope she’s doing okay. The step in the laundry room is not a code violation and was approved by the local building department when the home was built. I’m sorry you had difficulties operating the thermostat and using the smart TV after I gave you a one-on-one in-person demo on how to use them. I’m a little caught off guard by your mixed review, as you told us on your last day that you were having a great time and enjoying the home. Regardless thanks for booking Hill Top House and we wish you the best.
