The home is across the street from the bay where you will enjoy magnificent sunsets. The outdoor spaces are spectacular. When entering the home the lovely and open floor plan welcomes you in. The kitchen offers a large island for gathering which seats up to 8 guests. There is a dining table nearby that seats four additional guests. The cozy family room has a beautiful sectional and flat-screen smart TV. It is a great area to get together as a group and watch one of your favorite movies. Adjacent to the family room there is a lovely balcony with spectacular bay views. There are two sets of bar height bar stools with connecting tables. The perfect location to watch the sunset while enjoying a cold beverage. The community has a lovely community swimming pool, fishing platform, and boat accessible ramp.

This upscale home has something for all ages and plenty of room for everyone. There are 2 large decks for your comfort and enjoyment. The lower deck offers plenty of space for guests to fish, grab a kayak for a leisurely cruise down the neighborhood canals or enjoy the sunset on the bay. Drop a crab trap in the water and get a fresh catch for dinner. The lower deck has a large dining table and bar where you can enjoy your favorite cocktail and freshly grilled meal off of the outdoor built-in BBQ (Guests are responsible for refilling the propane tank(s) as needed). The upstairs deck has a beautiful covered lounge area. It is adorned with string lighting for relaxing in the evening. There is additional seating at the dining table as well as 4 lounge chairs to take in the sun or enjoy an afternoon nap. Enjoy fishing off the deck and using the green light for night fishing with your own fishing poles. The beach is a short 1/2 mile drive. You can park your car in the designated area on the beach and set up your beach equipment for the day.

The main bedroom is on the first level and has a comfortable king-size bed. The beautiful ensuite has a jacuzzi bath and jetted shower. Upstairs there are 4 additional bedrooms and a game/media room. Enjoy a round of pool on the full-sized pool table while watching the game on the large smart TV. Bedroom 2 has a king size bed that sleeps 2 and has a tv for your enjoyment. It is adjoined by a Jack and Jill bathroom (tub/shower combo) that is shared with bedroom 3. Bedroom 3 is a bunk room that has a twin over full and twin over twin that sleeps, 5 guests. Bedrooms 4 and 5 have queen beds with television and they have their own private bathroom with tub/shower combo. The game room offers a full-size sleeper sofa. There is also a shower outside to rinse off after a day at the beach.

Galveston has so much to offer as well. Moody Gardens, Schlitterbahn Waterpark, The Pleasure Pier amusement park, and the historic strand are some favorite attractions. Enjoy dining at one of the wonderful local restaurants. There are also great souvenir shop at such as Murdock's.

- Pack Play and Highchairs - $40 each + tax
- Vendors have access to the homes on their scheduled day. Service days have the possibility of changing.
- Boat slip is NOT accessible for guests.
- Maximum of 7 vehicles allowed. No street parking allowed.
- Please keep in mind this home is located in a family-friendly neighborhood. Quiet hours are 10pm-8am and strictly enforced.
-This rental property is not used for Nuisance Parties or Unlawful Gatherings. 6 adult maximum plus their dependent children are allowed at the property.
-Unauthorized late check-out will incur a penalty of $150 + tax
- There is a late check out fee of $75.00 + tax if available, and authorized.
