This house was perfect for our stay. Located in a quiet neighborhood, the house had everything we needed for our stay. Communication with the owner was superb. If we ever travel this way again, this would be, hands down, our first choice.

Property was exactly as described. Backyard was great, unfortunately we weren't able to enjoy it as we were exhausted when we returned each evening. Host was quick to respond when I reached out. Would definitely stay here again when in the area.

Great neighborhood

Clean and quiet neighborhood. We went in great walks every morning. The grocery store is very close. We loved sitting outside and enjoyed the views. Great table to get everyone together for meals. Overall nice place.

The house itself is spacious, well-appointed, and tastefully decorated — truly a peaceful retreat. Great location for Six Flags; wonderful communication.

Overall, this was a great place to stay. We spent 4 days there but, to be honest, this was largely a base to sleep at and then spend entire days and evenings out at Six Flags Magic Mountain (about 10 minutes drive) and Universal Studios Hollywood(about 40 minute drive in the evening). Check in was very easy and we had a minor glitch with the wifi but the host was incredibly helpful with getting it fixed almost immediately. The only issue, and it is a very minor one given what we used the house for, was it could use a bit of a touch up in some areas. The shower grout could use a little refreshing and there was a bit of damage/rust on one tub. However, I want to stress that this was only superficial and these concerns did nothing to detract from our stay. It is well stocked with coffee, cutlery, plates, cookware, etc... As expected, bring your own shower soap and shampoo/conditioner. Overall, a great stay. Thank you.

Magical stay near magic mountain

Stayed here with my sister and nephews so we could do one day at hurricane harbor and a second day at magic mountain. The house was beautiful! The community pool was super close by! The owner was responsive to questions/messages and my pup got to join me. Would definitely stay again. Thank you!

Awesome Property

Our stay at this property was AWESOME! Me, my three sons, and my mother stayed for four days during Spring Break 2024. The owner was very hospitable, the property was beautiful both inside and outside, and I was impressed that the house was fully stocked with all types of kitchen, bar-b-queing, and recreational incidentals. We have year around passed to Magic Mountain, so this will definitely be or go to stay during future trips.

The perfect spot

Everything about this place was perfect. There were five of us for 4 nights. The outdoor space is the perfect place to end a long day at a theme park or beach trip. The owner was quick to respond, but we didn't need anything the whole time we were there. The house really made our vaction perfect. It was even decorated for Christmas. Can't say enough good things about this place.

Perfect Location in Valencia

We really enjoyed our stay in Deana's home - it had so many wonderful features. The location is perfect - close to shopping, freeway access, and walking paths in a quiet neighborhood and upscale part of Valencia. Our daughter walked down to Honu (Real Life Church) with the stroller every day. The house was clean and well stocked with everything we could possibly need. Our favorite part of the home was the backyard - enjoying the outdoors is one of the best things about SoCal, and Deana's backyard oasis was a perfect place to relax. We were out sitting at the Tiki Bar for many of our mornings, afternoons, and evenings. The landscaping is beautiful, and yard area was clean and well maintained. Deana was responsive to any and all of our requests. Thank you for sharing your home!

Wonderful space very convenient but bad Wi-Fi

We were very happy to find out how convenient this property was to stores, restaurants and trails. We did have a LOT of trouble with wi-fi which made it very pesky to watch anything. Also, not a big deal, but surprising there was no place/can for recycling We loved the backyard space! Very pretty and private. The beds were also very comfortable.

Amazing Property/Location

This home is beautiful and the amenities are amazing! Valencia is a hidden gem. Safe and quiet location with great shopping/restaurants. Theme parks and beaches are 40-50 minutes away without traffic.

I considered selling this property and was flattered by the amount of friends and family who wanted to buy it from me, it made me realize I need to hold onto it. It truly is exceptional in every aspect - city, location of home, features, privacy, surrounding attractions, everything is right here.

You can relax (yoga works is down the street), go to theme park (Magic Mountain), Malls (Valencia Town Center), restaurants are everywhere, Hollywood and beaches about 30-45 minutes depending on traffic.
