Private apartment. Located near everything!

The apartment is located on Anchorage's S/E side close to just about everything in town! It is furnished with standard amenities such as a refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher, coffeemaker, utensils, dinnerware, bed-linens, towels, shampoo/conditioner. Free WiFi with a small TV for streaming content. Nearby highway access guarantees you will be anywhere you want in no time! Girdwood 40 min. Airport 15 min. Downtown 10 min. Private parking and entry! Please note, no cookware is provided.
The space
The apartment is the downstairs unit of a duplex, what is often referred to as a "mother-in-law" apartment. The second bedroom has been converted into a storage room for the BNB and is utilized as such. It is unoccupied but we do live upstairs.
Guest access
On the day of your arrival you will be contacted with the details of location, key-code number, wifi password and phone numbers. Late arrivals are absolutely fine, many of our guests come in late at night in the privacy of their own driveway, no shared spaces and a private entrance. It is like a home away from home.
Other things to note
It is bright and hot in the summer but cold and dark in the winter. Please be aware of that. The sun does like to stay up past 10 pm in the summer months where as you may only get a few hours of daylight in the winter.
