This is a clean, beautiful apartment with two bedrooms, one bathroom, living room, fully remodeled kitchen with a range, microwave, refrigerator, dishwasher, coffee maker, Ninja Grill Foodie, Nutria Bullet, cookware, dinnerware, glassware, mugs, and storage containers. The kitchen has an island with bar stools. The unit also has a balcony with an outside grill and griddle. Additionally, there is a storage room with a washer and dryer and a chest freezer for storing frozen items during extended stays.

This unit comes with Wi-Fi and Smart TV with more than 14,000 channels. In addition to the two beds a 60"W x 90"L self-inflating queen size air mattress with bedding is available in the unit. This will expand your sleeping capacity to six personnel.

The apartment is neat, clean, spacious and the kitchen has everything you need to cook or bake. Perfect for 2 couples or family of four. Located in a safe neighborhood, close to hwy, grocery, restaurants and Starbucks. Host was helpful solving our internet problem. I would stay here again.

This property and host was far and above normal . This unit was stocked with any and everything you might need. He was also brought that in his reception to us..a personal message board and small gift! Very nice unit.

Spotless. Super clean. Fully stocked. The apartment was FAR BETTER than I ever imagined. Every comfort was perfectly taken care of. Really great place to stay. The location is out of town, but that doesn't really matter as the apartment was first class.

Troy was great to work with. We were very pleased with everything. The only thing that could have been better would have been if the windows would have opened. Troy did provide 3 fans but was still a little stuffy in the bedroom. Overall it was great.

Troy’s condo is so nicely decorated and well appointed! It is located north of downtown, which was a great location for us before we headed up to Denali. Check in was a breeze. He had a welcome sign for us as we entered. Troy was excellent with his communication. We had trouble with the coffee maker and he went out at 8 in the morning to get us some coffee pods! Highly recommend.

Apartment was great and well stocked. Host went above and beyond to make the place welcoming. We didn’t spend a lot of time in the apartment as purpose of the trip was to explore but I see how it would make a great place to make a home base for a while. Slept great in beds. Check-in/out was easy and host left great instructions for apartment operation and local activities.

Perfect location!! Easy to get to the airport and downtown restaurants. Super quiet neighborhood. Full size washer and dryer. Apartment has everything you could possibly need, very comfortable beds, super soft towels, all needed toiletries and full kitchen!! Had two adults and two children very comfortable and relaxing!!

Fabulous place!

We loved our stay at Troy’s place. The apt was exactly as described. We had everything we needed. The kitchen is fully stocked including a tea kettle! I’ll definitely suggest this place to others who maybe traveling to Anchorage. Kava House is right around the corner and was great for breakfast!

Best apartment on our trip

Apartment was up graded and very nice. Manager had a nice surprise welcome when we walked in. Manager had signs outside well detailing where apartmemt C was located. He had numerous items inside that you could use.

Amazing!!

Everything was perfect....welcome sign, a couple snacks to eat, (which was super helpful after a long flight), attentive owner. Troy followed up with us on our arrival day before we got there with a phone call, to make sure we had everything. He even called us during our stay to let us know that a moose was in the backyard if we wanted to see it. The place was very clean and organized. He thought of everything to make or stay perfect. I can't say enough of the place. Definitely a gold standard of rentals.

Excellent Host

Troy is awesome. What a wonderful experience and Troy was very hospitable. We are planning on returning in the future. The home was comfortable and very clean. Thank you for making our vacation memorable.

Nice place to stay.

The apartment was nicely decorated and updated. The deck had a decent view of the snow capped mountains. It was quiet in the neighborhood. The host checked to make sure we were able to check in ok and left us with a small gift, bottles of water, coffee and a few other food items. It was fully stocked with cooking items, toiletries, blankets, etc.

Month at Elmendorf

My month stay in this extremely well kept VRBO was amazing! I have never stayed in a VRBO that was so well stocked-morning coffee, spices, kitchen, bathroom and laundry supplies. Troy has thought of everything. As a single women 3,000 miles from home, I felt very safe. Close to the base and shopping.

Quaint and comfortable

Very nice place, comfortable, turn key ready. Host was friendly and knowledgeable about the area. He called to make sure everything was satisfactory. It was warm while we visited, and as properties in Alaska dont have a/c, he bought fans after our first night realizing that the fans would make our stay more comfortable. Would stay here again.

Alaska is an extremely beautiful place. Everyone should have this on their bucket list.

This place is ideal for long and short stays. Centrally located and excellent for doing just about anything in Anchorage and the surrounding areas. Quiet neighborhood tucked away; close to restaurants, shopping, highway and Joint Base Elmendorf Richardson.

Fast food restaurants and convenience stores are within walking distance. Walmart, Fred Meyer, and Target are all within 1.2 miles. In addition, there is an Ace Hardware within 1/8 mile that provides postal services.
