We were only here for one night. Very nice apartment with a comfy bed. It was nice to have a carport to park our rental vehicle in. We would definitely stay here again.

The property was immaculate and exactly as described. It was much larger inside than we expected. It had everything we needed in the kitchen and bathroom. Communication was prompt and informative. I highly recommend staying here over a local hotel! Thank you so much for hosting us.

The property was fine although the asphalt and entry steps are un even. Pay attention to your footing. We were in town on overcast days and the interior is dark. Hard to read and write. The furniture is all low and not comfortable for my size. I would have appreciated access to the on site washer and dryer. SJ

We do want to clarify for future guests that the listing accurately describes the current amenities and clearly indicates that the range, washer, and dryer are not available for use. None of these appliances are shown as available in the property photos. We understand that it can be disappointing to arrive and find that certain amenities aren’t available, which is why we make every effort to keep the listing information up to date and clearly communicate what guests can and cannot use. The damaged asphalt was the result of earthquake damage, and we appreciate our guests’ understanding while those repairs are addressed. They are scheduled for next spring. We appreciate your feedback and hope the information will help future guests make an informed decision about whether the property meets their needs.

Though it was listed correctly, given that there was a range that was disabled and washer/dryer that was also disabled, it was disappointing to rent an "apartment" and not be able to use it as an apartment. I wish I would have thoroughly read the description and not rely on pics. It was super clean and no other issues at all!

This apartment is larger than the photos show. I was pleasantly surprised. We walked into the space to find a nice sized living room and kitchen. The bathroom is big and the bedroom is a fine size. The bed is very comfortable. The furniture is a bit uncomfortable but we made it work! I appreciated the fan for the bedroom, as we like to have some white noise and air movement. We had to look at bit for things in the kitchen, but again, not a big deal. In the bathroom the faucets on the sink are reversed for the hot-cold.(for the USA); Darkening curtains in the bedroom would make the space better in this summer Alaska sun! I would definitely recommend and stay again. This is also in a residential area, so felt safe to be here.

This is a perfect spot to stay when I need to handle business, whether it is medical appointments or a trip to Costco. It's location is near many businesses that I like to frequent when I come to Anchorage, without needing to drive very far. The neighborhood it is located in is nice and quiet. I’ve always had a great experience when I stay here.

Always comfortable

I love staying here. The owners are quick to respond and provide check-in details. The neighborhood is nice and is conveniently located around many of the places I visit when in Anchorage.

Nice place in a good location

Located close to lots of shopping. Short drive to the highway to access other stores and restaurants. Nice quiet neighborhood.
