Comfort and Convenience in Downtown Sitka - Suite A

Enjoy a restful stay at this centrally located vacation space, managed by the property owners. Stay in our spacious marine view suite near Lincoln Street, the heart of downtown Sitka. Experience the rich Alaskan history and culture while relaxing in this home away from home. Long-time resident hosts are happy to assist with your needs. We take pride in cleanliness and responding quickly to guest requests. Whenever possible, we will do our best to accommodate early check-ins and late check-outs.

Your Property
• Two bedrooms and two ¾ bathrooms, ideal for four guests.
• Bedroom #1 features a queen bed, located on the main level, with easy access to a ¾ bathroom and a washer and dryer.
• Bedroom #2 has two full-size beds on the second floor and an ensuite ¾ bathroom.
• The fully equipped kitchen includes both a Keurig and a drip coffee pot, along with enough eating and cooking utensils. Guests can dine at the bar-height counter or the dining table.
• The living area offers a modern pull-out sofa that can accommodate a fifth guest if needed. Additional amenities include a Smart TV with Firestick or Roku, a stereo, and extra seating to enjoy the marina view.
• Marine and sunset vistas are best enjoyed from the private balcony.
• A shared BBQ area is perfect for grilling the day’s catch, with propane available on site.

Other Details to Note
Katlian Street Suites is a three-story, mixed-use building with both residential and commercial spaces. Floors two and three feature identical residential units, Suites A and B. On the street level, Suites C, D, and E are office and retail establishments.

Guest Access
Arrival instructions will be sent one week before your stay, including your personal door code. Each suite has an exterior entrance. Door codes are changed for each guest.

Our favorite place to stay in Sitka

We love these suites! Their location and amenities are perfect for our family's annual fishing trips. Walkable to almost anywhere you want to go and the suite has all the comforts needed for a restful vacation. Can't wait to visit again next summer.

Great Facility and Location

This home has everything you could possibly need for a short or long stay. It was very clean, the communication with our host Shannon was great, and the location was within walking distance of everything in the downtown area. The view over the harbors, particularly from the deck, was very nice. I would definitely stay again!

GREAT place!

We loved the location as far as, it being c lose to town center. Could walk everywhere. However the street the unit is on is a bit shady. Everything else was fantastic! Great space. Nice and open.

Our 2nd time here in this exact unit, hoping for a 3rd next summer. Extremely comfortable place to stay and great location. HIGHLY recommend it to all. Convenient location to walk to everything. Unit has everything you will need for your stay. Kitchen is well equipped, and bathrooms fully stocked with plenty of towels. The 4th of July fireworks show was watched from the front porch. Peaceful and quiet location just watching the boats come and go and seaplanes. Hope to see you again next year...

Awesome view & location

We stayed at the Katlian suite in Sitka. This place is wonderful! So beautiful & spacious. The place is so well stocked with kitchen items, spices they truly have thought of everything! From flashlights in case to ideas with things to do & restaurants. The whole town is pretty much walkable from there. We couldn’t have picked a better place to stay!

Family Loving Sitka

Arrived on a charter boat after 12 days on the inside passage and had our daughter and son-in-law and granddaughter join us in Sitka for 4 days…Our stay was great with easy walking distance to downtown and several great restaurants for lunches…The Suite was perfect for our stay and would certainly recommend and will definitely stay again if we make it back to beautiful Sitka, Alaska!

What a treasure!

This is a great VRBO! It has a beautiful view, is centrally located for easy walking to downtown, and had everything that you could need. They were very kind about letting us in early after our cruise instead of making us wait until 3 pm. I highly recommend this and will gladly stay there again...it's a 5 star!!

Great Place To Stay..

I have been coming to Sitka fishing for many years now and this is the best place I have ever stayed. Very clean and in great shape. Location is walking distance to everything. I have personally operated a vacation rental in Morro Bay California and know the difference when the owner does everything themselves opposed to using services for everything. Again Great Place. Hope to stay again next year..
