You will need a car
HOUSE RULES:

- No Burning Candles and left unintended

- SLEEPING ONLY ALLOWED IN BEDROOMS AND LIVING ROOM WHERE WE HAVE EMERGENCY EXITS

- NO PARTIES OR EVENTS , If caught or reported we will ask you to leave with no refunds

- No bonfires on the deck or close to the house

- No local guests allowed to rent house

- All guests must be registered as guests and account tagged within airbnb app

- No unregistered guests allowed

- Maximum Occupancy of 10 guest ONLY

- No PETS

- No Smoking inside house

- No jumping off break wall

- Be cautious around lake, erosion may occur please watch your step

- Always supervise anyone swimming including children

- Quiet Time after 10pm on weekdays and 11pm on weekends

- Grill must be cleaned after use

- No removing Carbon Monoxide detectors or batteries from Carbon Monoxide Detectors

- No parking in neighbors driveways

- Check-In after 4 PM

- Check out by 10 AM

- You are 24 years old or older

- Please bring out all trash to trash can upon departure

- Please do not disturb neighbors

- Please do not go in neighbors yards

- Keep lights off at night outside to avoid lake midges ( attracted to lights)

- Please keep bug traps plugged in outside during summer months

- To use Fire extinguishers:

1. Pull pin hold unit upright

2. Aim at base of fire, stand back 6 feet

3. Depress and squeeze lever, sweep side to side

- We do not offer early check in, we need all the time to prepare the house for next guests arrival

- all ages are welcomed, however adults over 24 needed to sign lease agreement to rent the house and must remain at the house.

- We will be reaching out to you to sign our lease agreement and house rule sheet

-No parking in street

-No parking in neighbors driveways

-Please send a message upon booking on why your visiting

Great Stay on a Great Lake

Beautiful location and property just north of Rochester. Perfect location for graduation or family gatherings in the city. Melissa was a thoughtful and responsive host.

Beautiful Lake Ontario Home

Very beautiful spacious well appointed house on Lake Ontario with gorgeous views of the Lake from all rooms. Owner was very responsive to all questions. Great quiet place to stay just a short ride from downtown. Will definitely stay here again when we are back in town.

The Best Home Away From Home

The online photos does not do the property any justice. The neighborhood was quiet and the back yard is basically Lake Ontario! A great place for peace, quiet and relaxation!

A true get away

It felt just like we were on the ocean... Everything was top notch! Are hostess was very professional and made sure everything we needed was there... I never give reviews, but for this experience, it was worth it! Thank you vrbo!

Great Sunsets

We’ll appointed with upscale amenities. Awesome natural light and lake views via the sliding doors in the great room and the 2 bedrooms with balconies. The wrap around deck was also very nice. The host, Melissa, was responsive, easy to communicate with and pleasant.

Great Experience

Visited for a sailboat race event at RYC. The property is luxurious with every conceivable amenity. It’s location on the lake is beautiful and is also very convenient to downtown and the pier. Melissa is an attentive host and a pleasure to coordinate with. I’d recommend this stay for anyone.

Family Lakehouse Stay in Rochester

Enjoyed a 3-night stay with family at this lake home - total of 7 adults and two children aged 5 & 2. Lots of space to relax with nice views of Lake Ontario. Wrap-around porch was great. The children enjoyed all of the games & toys in the garage - adults enjoyed the pool table, ping-pong & cornhole. Large kitchen with modern appliances. Quiet area with convenient access.

Perfect for a relaxing getaway

The owner Melissa is very nice. We arrived to the rental in the evening after a 7 hour drive and Melissa went out of her way to go to the home and turn on the lights for us so we wouldn't arrive to a dark home. The place was very clean and perfect for our relaxing getaway. There is a TV in each bedroom, one in the master bath, and another in the livingroom. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook meals. It was also very conveniently located 1 minute from the main highway but we couldn't hear any traffic noise from the property. I would definitely stay again. Highly recommend.

Wonderful!

My brother and I, along with our families, rented this home for a few days after Christmas. We are originally from the area but live out of state now. In previous years we have tried renting a house together to visit with friends and family over the holidays but we hadn't found a house that really worked, for a variety of reasons. Either they were minimally furnished, or furnished with cheap, uncomfortable furniture, or provided the barest of kitchen supplies or all of the above. Not so with Melissa's home! It is spacious but also cozy with comfortable furniture, beds and everything else that you'd need in a home. This year we hosted a family reunion with about 20 guests. There was plenty of space and chairs, including extras in the garage, for everyone to eat and mingle comfortably. The kitchen was the best for entertaining, with plenty of cookware, utensils, serving platters, glasses, etc., everything you'd need. Since it was close after the holidays, Melissa graciously offered to leave the Christmas decorations up for us which made it even more like home. We found Melissa and her family to be very responsive and conscientious owners-the driveway and walks were always cleared, without us even realizing they'd been there. They even came out to do this during a snow storm when road conditions were bad. We would definitely rent this home again.

Best views. Definitely a waterfront luxury. You are on a lake, so expect bugs. I brought outdoor Fogger sprays.

Ok, but not great

The flies…… oh the flies! They were everywhere. We even went out and bought the good ole fashioned fly tape. The water was not swimmable. The neighbors are very close. The light switches were in ungodly strange locations and there wasn’t a single hook for a single towel(very strange)!

Absolutely stunning

This house was beautiful. The pictures do not do it justice. Everything was spotless on arrival. The kitchen was great for cooking. The beds were comfortable. And that view!! It was perfect for our girls getaway weekend!

Pleasant weekend on Lake Ontario

We enjoyed our stay at Melissa's lake house. We enjoyed views of the lake and the kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed to cook our meals. Her home is great for family gatherings! Would recommend! I have some feedback that would make future stays even better. The home was sparsely decorated so it didn't feel very homey. There was an overall lack of hooks throughout the house: there wasn't a place to put your towel in the bathroom and there wasn't a place to put your coat when you entered the house. The water in the house can get dangerously hot; please lower for safety.

Relaxing vacation

From the moment we got to Melissa’s house we were very happy. It is a beautiful home. Very clean and modern. The softest, fluffiest towels. Soft cozy beds. Lots of natural light throughout the house. The kitchen is stocked with everything you could want. Dishes, glasses, pots,pans, keurig and coffee maker. The view of Lake Ontario is spectacular. Gorgeous sunrises and sunsets. Close to excellent state park beaches. Melissa was such a great help when we had trouble with the gas fireplace. She sent us a video of how to get it started. When we couldn’t get it, she came over to help us. When she couldn’t get it started she sent a professional over the next day and he fixed the problem. We enjoyed it every day afterwards. She is an excellent host. The neighborhood is quiet and the people very friendly. There is an extra refrigerator in the garage along an excellent gas grill with extra propane tanks. Comfortable furniture inside and out. We would be so happy to stay there again.

We feel in love with this house as soon as we pulled into the driveway. It has amazing views of the lake from inside the house. Its so peaceful just sitting outside or laying in bed while listening to the water. We want everyone to enjoy this when we are not staying at this home.
