The property was beautiful and inviting. Perfect space for our family of 6 adults and 4 teens. Being welcomed upon our arrival by Alfonso and provided a detailed tour of the property helped us feel especially comfortable. Communication was outstanding. The condo had everything we needed and the beach amenities in the beach bus were awesome!

Our stay was even better than we hoped for! The Club was welcoming, providing lots of information about activities, restaurants, etc before we even arrived and Alfonso was on hand to help with anything we needed. The apartment was beautiful and fully kitted out. We had a private beach that was so nice that we decided against traveling to other beaches while we were there. They provided lounge chairs, paddle boards, and more and we had the beach to ourselves or shared with only one other family most of our visit. The water at the beach was crystal clear and calm, so we could go in with a toddler without a problem. The apartment is 2 blocks to a large grocery store, but a car is needed to get around the island otherwise as the location is several miles north of the main hotel and restaurant area. We would definitely return.

Alfanso the GOAT!

We loved Boggy Sands! The condo is perfect for larger groups. We had two families and everyone had room to spread out. The pool is great but the beach club is even better. The beach has all the water toys you need for a wonderful day. Best part of our stay was Alphanso- awesome service. Taught the boys how to crack open coconuts and chase chickens. Can’t wait to come back!

Amazing family trip

Beautiful condo. Spacious. Very well equipped. Ample towels and beach towels. Plenty of living space for a group of ten. Loved the rooftop deck for sunset and cocktails. Loved the private beach. The staff is extremely responsive. Can’t say enough good things about Boggy Sands.

Our Family vacation

Property was adequate. For the amount I paid for the week I was expecting a superior experience. 2 bedrooms with no closets. No drying racks for wet bathing suits. Very noisy people above us. I thought we were on the top floor. My mistake. Anyway, the beach was nice but a lot more than 100 steps to get there. The outside grills were cheap and didn’t work well.

Ideal stay!

The location was fantastic and we loved the private beach. We saw lots of turtles each day. The hosts were very responsive and the property was ideal for our large group. I highly recommend staying here and will return!

Great location and amenities

We absolutely loved our stay at Boggy Sands. Perfect amount of space for our 2 families with kids between 11 and 17. Tons to do at the beach, pool was a bit cold and in the shade the majority of the afternoon, but still a lovely space for grilling and hanging out. Bayside and the bar next to Dairy Queen are a must experience!

Our family of 8 had a wonderful week at Boggy Sands. Our condo was lovely. We had plenty of room and it was fully equipped. Alfanso was responsive to any question we had, and he provided us with great information about restaurants, things to do and even a local track where we could run. The beach was perfect and we actually enjoyed the short walk to and from our condo. Lots of beach/sand toys for our granddaughter We’re provided at the condo and the Boggy Sands Bus! We are already planning to come back in 2026!

Family Vacation

Boggy Sands is 100% perfect for family vacations. The staff are easy going and very communicative. The condo is spacious and ultra modern which made our stay extremely comfortable with a 6 yr old, a 2 yr old and a 10 mo old. If you are a group of adults looking for luxury and fun this is also perfect. I would highly recommend this fantastic facility

Fantastic

Excellent friendly service. Beautiful well stocked condo. Great beach with excellent snorkeling. Paddle boards and kayaks. Paddled to and snorkeled the kittiwake sunken ship. Of course excellent close scuba diving. Highly recommend and would stay there again.

Wonderful Stay at Boggy Sands

When looking for a place to stay in the Cayman Islands, there is only one place that I would recommend: Boggy Sands managed by Morne. From the moment we booked our stay, Morne was highly attentive and responsive to our family’s needs and interests. He took special care in making sure that my father, who uses a walker, would have easy access to the entrances. He provided us with recommendations for outstanding local shopping, cuisine and outings. Our stay at Boggy Sands offered it all!

Boggy Sands is the Best!

Second stay at Boggy Sands and it has only gotten better since our first visit in 2018. Clean well appointed condos with spectacular views from the roof. Close to supermarket for easy shopping. The beach club setup is new from before and really the highlight. Easy access to the private beach with plenty of chairs, umbrellas, and beach toys for all. Pristine waters of seven mile beach are hard to top. Will be back again next year.

Great Stay and EVERYTHING you need!

Just finished a week long stay with 2 families and had a great time. House was perfect for 2 families with young kids. The standout benefit of the place was that everything is provided (except food). We have not been in a rental that had absolutely everything in the house, kitchen, and outside. We didn't need to bring life jackets, floats, coolers, or umbrellas. We will be back!

Perfect Location with a Private Beach

We took a trip with 5 couples to celebrate a birthday and this property did not disappoint. House was exactly as pictured and kitchen was very well appointed with glassware, insulated cups for the beach, cookware, and even an air fryer. We thought we would cook more but we ended up walking up the street to Bayside for breakfast and mimosas almost every day. Jacques Scott liquor is also right there and there is a wagon to help you carry all your beverages! The private beach with lounge chairs and umbrellas was steps away and soooo gorgeous. I already can’t wait to come back next year with family…any group would thoroughly enjoy this property.
