Nice little spot close to downtown. Walked to many places. Uber also readily available. Good food in the area. Communication was efficient and very helpful. Air conditioning was great. Just enough space. We came for 4 nights for Ultra Miami and this spot was great for us.

I’d never gotten into the unit, by the time of my reservation I called the number provided and they just said “ We don’t manage that property” another info was provided. I called this new phone number. They said “ we are calling Expedia cause we don’t have your info yet” I personally called Expedia, Mark the representative was very helpful but he couldn’t reached out to the property manager. So he ended up canceling the reservation. This is the first time I had such a bad experience specially because the following day I was supposed to run Miami Marathon. Could I’ve gotten another reservation in another place, probably, but the entire area was reserved and the prices were crazy….

Amazing room.

Should post pictures of surrounding because we almost left because didn't look safe. The AC worked great but the outside of the unit there is cat piss and we are allergic to cats. We had a hard time breathing and got us sick. But very clean place i would rate it a 5 star but the neighbors don't clean up after there cats and dogs.
