Luxury Montrose Pool Home Villa

Welcome to our stylish and centrally-located home in the Montrose neighborhood of Houston, conveniently nestled between River Oaks, Midtown, the Medical and Museum Districts, and The Heights. This prime location offers easy access to these vibrant areas, as well as Rice University, Downtown, Memorial Park, Washington/Rice Military, and The Galleria—each just a 10-minute drive away.



We prefer guests who are staying for 30 days or more, and we are open to discussing flexible rates for extended stays. Please feel free to speak to the host for more information about long-term arrangements.



Our new contemporary modern 5-bedroom, 4.5-bathroom home features a thoughtful layout, perfect for a luxurious stay. It includes four rooms with king-size beds, an office room equipped with a full-size bed, and a queen-size pullout sofa in the game room area. The home also boasts four private bathrooms and a convenient half-bath. The designer kitchen is outfitted with a premium Thermador appliance package, while the dining room seats 12 comfortably. The living room features a stunning stone fireplace wall.



Outside, you’ll find an entertainment-ready pool and Jacuzzi, complete with a covered seating area, BBQ grill with sink and beverage fridge, three sun loungers, two in-pool ledge loungers, and an outdoor projector with a 10-foot screen—ideal for outdoor gatherings and relaxation.



Please note that this home is owner-occupied when not rented, so some personal belongings will remain in designated areas. However, we’ve ensured ample storage space for your convenience.



For the outdoor projector, please bring your own device to connect via HDMI. An Apple TV is available for you to log into and use. Pool controls, including lights, Jacuzzi heat and jets, and fountains, can be operated via the iPad located in the kitchen. We ask that you consult with us before using the exterior fire pit, as it requires special safety precautions.



We kindly request that the elevator only be used by individuals with mobility impairments. If needed, we are happy to provide instructions on its use.
