It was just what we needed for our weekend events. 3 floors. All stairwells well lit. Bedrooms comfortable. The top floor was a bit warm, but the fans kept it cool enough for us. Great centralized location. Neighborhood was quiet. Parking was easy and off the street. Had access to garage. Kitchen well stocked with appliances, kitchen utensils, coffee maker, plates…all that we needed.Host was very responsive and helpful when I had questions. He also told us the quirks of the VRBO which is helpful too so we could help take good care of the property. Would stay here again.

This home is very stylish, well appointed, and generously stocked. The Montrose neighborhood is delightful and is incredibly convenient to several other parts of Houston, including the theater and museum districts. Everything we needed was available at the house, check-in was incredibly simple, and communication with the owner was very easy even though she was out of the country at the time of our visit. The street is quiet and parking is easily accessible. We highly recommend this home!

We were in helping our college grad find a place to relocate to. The area was safe and close to everything. The place itself was super cool and really big. You could tell the host spent some time decorating and making it feel like a home. I suspect the host is an interior designer as cool as the place was. I highly recommend it if it is in your budget. We will definitely rent here on future visits to Houston. 5/5

What a great property! For our needs, we were able to accommodate all of our family of 5 very comfortably. We were in town to attend the World Baseball Classic and the Houston Rodeo, both of which were within 10 to 15 minute drive, which was a perfect location for us. The owner was easily available and communication was great as well. We will definitely keep this property in mind for future trips to Houston.

We had a wonderful stay in Houston and will definitely consider this property first on future visits. This location is excellent, with easy access to great restaurants and activities. It is also convenient for anyone traveling to the medical center, as it is just minutes away.Parking was a big plus, with both covered and driveway options available onsite. Communication with host was smooth and easy throughout our stay. Maddie was especially helpful and accommodating when weather impacted our travel plans.Highly recommend!

Maddie (host) is a great guy, lives across the street and was very welcoming and responsive. We stayed at this great, unique home for nearly 2 months, as I received cancer treatment at MD Anderson (no worries, all good now). We found the place comfortable, well equipped, and extremely well managed. Would not hesitate to stay there again, hopefully on different circumstances.

Home Away From Home

Lovely environment for a 12 day stay. Spacious with plenty of room, and lovely area for eating, visiting, playng games with each other. Great location.

Great townhouse

This townhouse is in great shape, and was perfect for our extended family to attend a wedding in Houston. The host was very responsive and accommodating and the location was very good. Very spacious and well-equipped, and nicely decorated too. Highly recommended.

This property was my home for 13 years and I chose it because of the unique features of the home, high ceilings, all red brick building, and large living room for entertaining. The home also has an elevator and most of the home is hardwood floors which gives it a sense of elegance. The location is amazing, close to all the restaurants, bars, and museums.

Most of the furniture in this home was purchased from Cantoni. The house has views from everywhere. The arquitecture of the house with open ceilings, gives you the impression that you are in art gallery. everything is few minutes away. Walking distance to lots of bars and restaurants.
