Nice setup, in good condition, and clean. It sleeps 8, but the common areas and bathrooms get a little crowded. Linens and towels provided. There were pots, pans, coffee maker, dishes, and silver wear, but it was a little limited for 8 people. No matter, it was great to have a place our family could stay together! The location is great for the balloon fiesta--we could see the mass ascension from the windows and it was a short drive to the grounds.
Our time here was all that we hoped for. I was especially impressed with the proactive and responsive communication from Joshua, the host. He let us know prior to check in of a minor issue so that we could aniticpate and adjust our expectations, if needed. There were a couplenother small questions we had along the way and he quickly responded and resolved the questions. The property was just as portrayed in the listing, and we enjoyed using the seasonal community pool. The location was great, as well. Thank you!

Liked: Check-in, location, listing accuracy
Disliked: Cleanliness, communication
Location was perfect for Balloon Festival. Parking was good. The house "appears" clean but we had cockroaches scurry across kitchen floor and 4 out of the 6 people in my party came home with bug bites from what I guess to be fleas or bed bugs. Communication about these issues was insulting as I was told we had mosquito bites and it had nothing to do with property. I've stayed many places and hate to write a review like this but people need to be aware. Bug bites are not fun and should not be part of your stay.
The house & location were great. The listing states there is a hair dryer & iron. There was neither. One of the beds fell apart because the screws were way too loose. Shower head almost fell off & was screwed back on. Washer danced across the floor & dryer needs new bearings its so loud. Not complaining....letting you know it needs maintenance. You dont know if not told.
Friends and I stayed in this house to go t the Balloon Fiesta. The proximity to the park was great so that made the early morning drive a little better. Everything looked as it did online. We were able to park inside the garage which was nice.
Some things that could be improved: In the kitchen there wasn't a toaster, there were only a few plates, there were zero spices (I think its a new rental and no one has left any yet). There wasnt a hair dryer.
Also it said there was a community pool, but when we tried to go use it we found out it closed for the season the weekend before. That should be in the house description if its seasonal.
