In this quiet neighborhood close to the Rio Grande you'll find this Desert Flower. Situated immediately next to an acequia that flows regularly in the Spring and Summer you'll find peaceful walks highlighted by old large cottonwoods.
The home is centrally located with easy access to I40. Less than 20 minutes from the airport and Sandia Casino. Less than 10 minutes from the Rio Grande Nature Center, Natural History Museum, Explora, and downtown. Less than 15 minutes to zoo, aquarium and botanic gardens.

Great location — close to everything we had planned and easy to get around. The neighborhood felt very safe, and we were able to relax and enjoy our time there. The beds were super comfortable, and the outdoor space was lovely — perfect for morning coffee or winding down in the evening. Would definitely stay here again!

This place was just about perfect. It was clean, it was quiet, it was beautifully appointed. They had everything in the kitchen that you could possibly need even spices in the cabinet and good pots and pans. It was in a neighborhood of small homes in the Northwest section of town so it was great for walking around the neighborhood. There was even a walking path right next to the house that went for blocks. The hosts were very attentive and it was easy to get in touch with them and ask questions. It was a very very comfortable place to stay.

The host was very welcoming! The amenities were just perfect. We cook so having a kitchen was a plus for us. It was very fun finding the flower in each room. Such beautiful decor in this cozy home. it was just perfect for my husband and I to stay in as we visited family for the holiday. Loved the little quirky things like the tiny flip book and the welcome note on the sequin pillows. Great location, close to alot of things, very nice quiet neighborhood and we were even lucky enough to see some hot air balloons in the sky on our last day.

“Absolutely fantastic stay! The house was spotless, spacious, and perfectly located for exploring Albuquerque. home away from home

This is our second stay here. We appreciate the neighborhood and access to the walking trail. The home is comfortable and has everything you need for a short visit. It was very pleasant to sit on the patio and enjoy the neighbors walking along the path. The air conditioner is excellent. We love the decor, and the coffee maker was much appreciated. Enough pots, pans and spices to prepare meals. Close to restaurants and stores without the noise of the city.

Cozy and Comfortable

This wonderful property is tucked away in a nice and quiet neighborhood in the north valley of Albuquerque.It is a safe place to stay and was perfect for my brother's 30-day visit. Being local, I was able to meet Aaron in person. He is very nice and accommodating, and always communicated with me to ensure my brother's needs were met... and they were!
