Enjoy our beautiful one story 3-bedroom home with den located in the Paramount subdivision of Meridian, in the heart of the Treasure Valley & less than 30 minutes to Boise, Eagle, and Nampa. This spacious house has a large master bedroom with a king bed and 2 oversized bedrooms each with a queen bed and a twin bed. The den also has a queen sofa bed,. The main bath has a newly updated walk-in shower as does the master bath along with a modern claw leg tub.

The gourmet kitchen has granite counters, stainless steel appliances, & a French door refrigerator. The kitchen is completely outfitted with large assortment of serving & cooking utensils and small appliances including drip coffee maker, blender, slow cooker, and food processor.

For entertainment we supply flat-screen TVs in living room, den, and master bedroom with 150+ SlingTV entertainment package, Blu-Ray DVD player, and Wi-Fi internet. In the hallway there is a closet with games, puzzles & books.

Located in Paramount, an upscale subdivision, this prestigious community boasts 4 community pools - (usually open just before Memorial Day to just after Labor Day), a fitness center, open recreation areas, and is just minutes to shopping. We have a large fenced backyard, a covered patio sitting area with wicker chairs & settee, a gas grill, and a patio set for outside dining. Large attached 2-car garage will accommodate almost any passenger vehicle or pickup truck. As the house is occasionally empty, we have motion activated security cameras on the front of the garage.

You are only minutes to Fred Meyers, Winco, Costco, Walmart, Sonic, Dutch Bros. Coffee, and the newest and finest mall in Idaho, The Village in Meridian. Within 30 minutes to 2 1/2 hours, you have world class biking, mountain biking and hiking, whitewater rafting, & snow skiing. You name it, and we probably have it nearby.

Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

Fantastic house in quiet, pristine neighborhood

We were absolutely thrilled with the house, the amenities, the location and the hosts. We had two families sharing the space and it was perfect. The beds comfortable, the spaces clean and welcoming and the kitchen and bathrooms well stocked. Our kids enjoyed the pool multiple times and the location was a perfect central spot for our baseball tournament. We would absolutely stay here again!

Perfect for Family Vacation

We had a wonderful stay with our family. House is warm and welcoming, clean and well stocked. Grandkids loved the snack basket, such a great treat! We plan on staying here again when we return to Meridian. Dave was a communicative host and had great suggestions on places to eat!

Great Location and Beautiful neighborhood

We came to Meridian for a baseball tournament, we rented the house with other family. This property was perfect for our group of 10. The property manager was very helpful when we were out of dishwasher tabs and had questions. I would definitely recommend this property and would stay here again.

Beautiful home!

Just a gorgeous home to stay at. Everything was perfect, comfy and clean. Had all the things that we needed and loved the extra treats and gifts provided. Was fortunate to meet the owner and was obvious that they went all out to make sure we were comfortable. We loved the location, was near Costco, restaurants and The Village. Meridian is a beautiful city and the fall colors were spectacular. Highly recommend this home!

Amazing House! Top Notch

Our hosts were amazing. The property was great & exceeded our expectations. We travel extensively ( 185 days a year ) so we’re well acquainted with the things you see out there. I accidentally broke something and they were most gracious about it. Top notch & the only reason we didn’t extend is they’re booked solid. If you see it available you should grab it fast.

We came to Boise for my nieces wedding. This house was perfectly located to where we needed to be but also there are so many stores, restaurants, and even a Costco within walking distance. In boise for a wedding. this home was spectacular. It was quite clean, well stocked and great overall. The vrbo hosts know what they are doing - lots of pre-stocked items that make a difference - snacks on arrival, plenty of utensils and cookware, dishwashing tabs, trash bags, laundry tabs, plenty of towels including swim, fans, heaters, so much more.Dave was great and very responsive with communication and help when needed. Location was superb for all our activities. Very close to a grocery stores, walmart, costco, and plenty of restaurants.I would HIGHLY recommend this home and would stay here again. You won't be disappointed.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this beautiful, spacious home. It had everything we needed plus more for our family of 8, including a 2 1/2 year old. We were welcomed with a basket of goodies including a coffee starter. The backyard was large, with seating and a table for all of us, and a barbecue. Our toddler loved the legos and there were many other family games available. We chose this area for the pools and gym that we utilized daily. Dave and Kathy answered texts quickly and helped us with all our needs. We all agree that this home at this price is an amazing deal! We will definitely be coming back to this lovely VRBO! Thank you Dave and Kathy for providing such a lovely home for us!
