Joe is a wonderful host! The house is great. Perfect for a family of 5 with 3 teens. We used it as our home base for our trips to Boston and Cape Cod. Very well equipped! It’s stocked with all the essentials plus more! They even have extra toothbrushes, shaving packs, hair bands, pillows, blankets and so much more. We travel quite a bit as a family and we always rent houses. This house was by far the best with all the extras. Joe really does a wonderful job making sure you have a terrific stay!

This was a good place for us (2 seniors, 2 teenagers, and 1 adult) to stay for a youth hockey tournament) in nearby towns. Communications with the host were very good.The house is located at the end of a dead end street, so it is quiet. The neighborhood and town don’t offer a “quaint New England” walking experience, but a Walmart is close by, as is the commuter train station.Our teens loved the outdoor gazebo with a pool table! We also enjoyed playing cards at the dining table and watching the big-screen TV’s.

Fantastic place

Fantastic property and value. Another youth hockey weekend in the books. Cannot say enough good about this place, it was a wonderful place to stay and relax after game days. I wish every VRBO would be this!

The property was amazing! The host, Joe, was courteous and communicated with me on a regular basis, even well before we arrived. The property was clean and had every possible thing we would need for the weekend, including but not limited to a first aid kit, iron/ironing board, washer/dryer, travel toiletries, eye masks, air fresheners, q-tips, towels. The backyard was laid out perfectly and my family was able to enjoy and relax together. We saw a bees nest right outside the kitchen door and I notified Joe and he sent someone out right away to handle it. We are definitely looking forward to visiting again in the future! Thanks Joe!
