This is a cute little property located between the track and downtown — an easy walk in either directions. The apartment is in a beautiful old house with other sections turned into apartments as well. Central air was handy as was the off street parking. Nicely done!

Overall, a worry-free great experience. Property well maintained and very clean and comfortable. No surprises and right on the money. Had a few questions for Tim (host) and got immediate replies (on July 4th weekend). Highly recommend it and will rent it again.

Excellent property for stay in Saratoga Springs

Visting Saratoga Springs and Skidmore College for a grandchild's graduation, the litle apartment was absolutely perfect for the 3 nights we stayed. Well-equiped, clean, and welcoming, we will be coming back.

Saratoga stay

I had the opportunity to be in town for business, and I prefer a VRBO over a hotel. This place was perfect for my stay. It was conveniently located close to stores and restaurants, while being in a nice quiet neighborhood. The place was clean and comfortable and came as advertised. If I am back in Saratoga Springs I would definitely look to stay here again. Five stars for sure!

Thank you Amy, for the kind words! This is a 100-year-old six unit Victorian. There are other guests are in the building and we do have quiet hours posted, but not everybody follows the rules, unfortunately. We did remove the listing that combined some of the units, so no more large groups are allowed to rent multiple units. Had we known there was a problem with noise, we certainly would have addressed it. I'm sorry we were not aware that a previous guest unplugged the modem and was glad that plugging it is fixed the problem. You were a great guest and we hope to host you in the future. Be well, Tim

Location, location, location ! This place has a perfect location we parked our car on Wednesday and didn’t move it until we left. The place is nicely appointed and the host was responsive and friendly. Place is perfect for 2 people. The listing says it sleeps 4 but the bathroom in “en-suite “, and the bedroom door doesn’t close because the bed is too large for the small room. So it really doesn’t accommodate 2 couples.

Julie was a Great Guest!! I'm not sure how the bed got moved, but the door definitely closes when the bed is in the correct position. The listing clearly states the bathroom is accessible through the bedroom and may not be acceptable to everyone. Thank you for the kind words!! We hope to host you you again in the future!

The property is exactly as advertised. The location was very convenient for either downtown or racetrack activity relative to walking distance. The apartment was as clean as any rental I have ever stayed at. The property manager was extremely responsive to all communications and checked in on us regularly to ensure all our needs were met. This will be the first place I check out for future visits with my wife to Saratoga Springs.
