Quiet, private, peaceful and convenient to everything. Luxury King size bed and queen sofa bed. Amenities include 2 Smart TVs; fully equipped kitchen w/ Cuisinart coffee maker; high speed wifi; working desk; plenty of closet and dresser space. Sofa has pull out to queen size bed for extra guests. Central location to all Cincinnati has to offer; near Cincinnati's hospitals, entertainment venues, restaurants/bars& attractions but far enough away to be peaceful. Free parking. Coin laundry in basement.

Very clean and comfortable stay. Nicely decorated on a quiet street. Host was very quick to respond to my questions. My only issues is that I did not realize there was not central air and one of the window units is directly above the bed which was a little noisy and aggravated my sinuses. Otherwise a pleasant stay.

The location was great for getting to Riverbend Music Center, the main reason for our stay. Getting around Cincinnati was also very easy. The apartment was clean and comfortable, and access was very easy. We did have one issue which the owner addressed to our satisfaction. Overall we were satisfied with this stay and would consider booking again.

My teen and I had a great time here. Nice building, covered parking; extremely clean with what liked like new appliances. We enjoyed having 2 large smart TVs. We will stay again when in area.

Absolutely Wonderful

I had an absolute wonderful time here! It was very peaceful and quiet, it made me feel like I was at home. Anytime I come to Cincinnati this is where I want to stay!

I was impressed by the cleanliness of the apartment and how it was decorated. I had a small problem which was handled quickly and efficiently. The owner was very attentive.

Lovely clean unit that met our needs. Was missing a few things when we arrived but they were quick to bring them by within the hour. Was located perfectly for our visit. I would recommend this place to others.

Our family of three stayed here for four nights. There was a little delay getting into the property, however the host communication was great and appreciated. Parking was behind the building which I liked and was covered. The bushes in the front of the building could use a little trim, and the front security door doesn't latch/ close properly. The apartment was clean and stocked well. My hair dryer actually broke while we were there, so it was awesome that there was one supplied. The only thing I would suggest is regarding the bathroom... the paint on the tub is coming off and may need to be redone or maybe just sealed? Also, due to there not being a fan in the bathroom, the smoke alarm went off multiple times after we showered lol. All in all, it was a great stay, and we would stay there again. It was quiet, and cozy and we enjoyed our stay. Thank you for hosting us!

Our stay was wonderful. Drew was very professional and we loved the quiet location. This property was very clean and decor was so pretty. Highly recommend this property. Conveniently located to so many restaurants, Stadium and shopping.
