Looking for a Hallmark Christmas

  • 5 of 5

My wife, daughter, and myself traveled from Ohio to visit my son who lives in Denver and wanted to spend a few days in a little town in the mountains. I had no idea of where to stay but did not want to travel too far so I looked in the Georgetown area. I picked Alex's place because it sounded really good and was next to a trout stream. The place was awesome, it had everything, even updated magazines. It had plenty of room, a nice kitchen, great bathrooms, and really comfortable beds. There was a small issue with the pellet stove but Alex went over and above to correct the situation. Main street was not far away but you will need to drive. We experienced a Hallmark Christmas with the feeling of town and a fantastic church experience. I will definitely recommend and stay at this place again.

This home was perfect.

  • 5 of 5

We really enjoyed our stay at Clear Creek retreat. Although it was close to every thing, since we were on retreat did not utilize the town aminities. We definitily will use this place again for small intimate retreats. We found a additional bed through the upstairs bath so actually there are 3 queens and three gueens. Nice layout room for everyone.

Only recommendation would be to have more serving dishes and additional bowls for soups and stews etc.

Thank you so much for sharing your home away from home

Very comfortable accommodations. 3rd year and they are always updating the property. It is in a beautiful setting. 3 couples stayed and we had a great time! So very close to Trout fishing in stream and lake. Great location, close to lots of attractions.

Great location, great place. Met my college kids here and we had a blast. Alex was very helpful with requests for hiking places and the retreat was well stocked.
