Richard is a top notch host. Very helpful in every way and quick to answer any question. The Clear Creek Retreat was great in every way. The kitchen was well stocked, beds were great. We skied at Loveland and this house was only a 15 min drive. Great stay for the whole family. Dollar general very near for needful things.
House was super clean and spacious. Plenty of space to stretch out and spend a day working from home. Quiet neighborhood, lots of fun walking trails close by to take out the dog.
The house is nice and was fine. The listing shows there is a hot tub. When we got there it was empty. When asked the owner stated it was winterized and not available. He said it was stated in the listing. When I originally booked it was not stated that it was not available. He changed it after me asking how to fill it up. The cabin is not as remote as the puctures lead it to be. It is also a duplex, not a full cabin style home. Also, the lake is not in the "backyard". It is a nice walk to the lake, but it is not what is advertised.

Unfortunately the guest did not read the property description before booking. Her claim that it was changed after she asked why the hot tub was not available, is false. No indications are made that the house is remote, or that the lake is in the backyard, these are fabrications. The house is also identified as part of a duplex in the property description.
Great place! We stayed at this place and skied Loveland. Was very comfortable.

Clear Creek Retreat is the perfect getaway. It is an awesome location to multiple hiking routes, dinning options and the grocery store. We loved the hot tub option esp on our long treks in the mountains.
Great location and close to so many ski resorts! The wood pellet stove, grills, and fenced in backyard were great amenities for our 2 week stay. The kitchen was fully equipped and spice rack well stocked. We would stay here again!
This house was a great place to stay for skiing at A Basin. It was clean, had a hot tub, and plenty of space. It was about a 30 minute drive to the mountain. We would definitely stay here again.
We enjoyed our stay, with everything we needed in this comfortable space. We dined in with the full kitchen for several meals, and walked to nearby restaurants for others. Highly recommend!
The house was comfortable and we had lots of room to spread out. There is a small park across the street and it is an easy walk to the brewery and to the town. We were there on a crazy weather weekend and it felt good to be in a cozy house.
The location was perfectly located to everything we wanted to do. Plenty of room for everyone and everything you need. The heating stove was our favorite thing about the place. The bonus is that Georgetown is a great little town with shops and really good restaurants. The Silver Brick was our favorite. We would definitely stay there again.
Has great atmosphere. Loved sitting outside in the evening by the fire and looking for big horned sheep. House was very clean!!The upstairs shower is amazing!!
This is our second time staying at this property, we have really enjoyed our stay, both times. It is our "home base" for our Spring Break ski trips. Located close enough to many different mountains, it is a great choice if you want to check out a few different places within a few days. House is always clean and well equipped, the creek is always a favorite with our kids.
We had a wonderful experience at the house. It was clean, quiet. The hot tub was wonderful. Had everything we needed except perhaps some "rag towels" for when we walk in with wet/snowy shoes. Had all the amenities listed, and quick reply from host.
Our stay at Clear Creek Retreat was great. The condo had many perks including a stocked wine bar, cooking supplies and a washer and dryer. The outdoor area was a nice addition. Communication with the owner and property manager was easy.
Great place to gather for holiday. This place has everything in the kitchen. From pots and pans to baster and thermometer for the turkey. Went into town (which is walking distance) for the tree lighting, on Saturday night, so quaint, the sweetest little town!
The proximity to Clear Creek Reservoir is perfect. There are 8 in our family and anyone could walk down and fish anytime! Three days was not enough time to “do all the things” as one of the kids put it. The house was comfortable and the host is responsive.
We had a wonderful stay. The owner was very responsive and helpful and the unit was perfect for our needs. The kitchen was well stocked with all that one would need to cook meals including the many countertop appliances. The wine and coffee bar was great addition. We especially were appreciative of the coffe maker in the master. It was a great place and a great stay. Thanks for the hospitality and we’ll be back!

Overall good experience. This is our second time renting this property. Would have liked to use the hot tub to soak aching muscles after skiing but the previous tenants broke it. For dining we enjoyed happy cookers, mountain mamas, and pho bay.
We really enjoyed staying here while we skied several days around the area. It’s close to Loveland, and ABasin, Copper and Breck are about a 35 min drive depending on weather/traffic. The house had everything we needed for our stay. The dining table was perfect for playing games as a family, and the living room area was so cozy for just hanging out or reading books. Our two dogs loved running around in the fully enclosed backyard. We would certainly stay here again! Thank you Richard for such a beautiful retreat after a long day of skiing.
