Knoxtopia is a beautiful, luxurious condo in a historic building, perfectly located for shopping and dining in the historic downtown area. The host is friendly and easily available by text to answer questions at all times. The building and unit feel safe as does the neighborhood. We enjoyed our stay and recommend it to anyone looking to stay in a walkable neighborhood in Knoxville.

Knoxtopia was incredible. We’ve stayed in several VRBOs and this one is top of the list. It is best described as eclectic-modern. The exposed brick made you feel as though you were in a historical old building, yet the amenities were high end and brand new. Although we didn’t use the kitchen, it had all Bosch appliances, the washer and dryer were brand new, the beds were extremely comfortable and the elevator was fast. We were in the heart of downtown Market Square but felt very safe and secure. The restaurants and cocktail lounges were all within walking distance and the parking was adequate. If you’re new to Knoxville and want to experience the vibe, I highly recommend this VRBO. The owners were incredibly responsive and gave us some great recommendations for breakfast, lunch and dinner. It’s the little details that make your stay comfortable and relaxing. This didn’t feel like a rental, it felt as though your best friends let you stay at their permanent residence for the weekend. I would highly recommend staying here.

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful loft in downtown Knoxville. The space was spotless, with a fantastic kitchen, a cozy living area, and two great bedrooms with incredibly comfortable beds. The location was perfect for our trip - close to everything and especially convenient for the Tennessee football game.The owners were fantastic to work with and very easy to communicate with throughout our stay. We’d absolutely stay here again!

Beautiful place, great location

This place was amazing. Very warm and inviting with a great location (walk anywhere!). Just steps to Market Square, walkable to the Old City. Surrounded by great restaurants, easy check-in/out and very friendly and responsive host.
