The home was modern, great patio and view of the marsh on the San Mateo River. Relaxing atmosphere, updated furnishings and materials. Great place to spend a few days to enjoy St. Augustine's offerings.

The accommodations were perfect. It was a little far for us to walk to the historic district but just a short drive, and the incredible beaches are close. Dinner at River and Fork and Collage amazing.The Christmas lights were beautiful. We rented a boat and took in all the sights from the shoreline.The deck was amazing and the outdoor heater was most appreciated.Beds were comfortable and showers were clean, strong and hot!

Great property, great location!

The house is beautiful, very modern and well-kept. Plenty of space for our family of four. Close enough to walk or drive to any of the tourist locations. Owners were so kind to provide a list of their favorite restaurants and sights to help us better plan our trip! They were very quick to respond to any questions we had as well. Would definitely stay here again!

Beautiful home

This home is perfect. It's even prettier than the pictures. We walked to and from Old Town each day. The home has everything you need! And the beds and sheets are soooo comfortable!! Would definitely stay again!

Great little place.

A few hiccups initially but owners made it right very quickly. Property is great location 5 min drive or 15-20 min walk to main historic district... great view from back area. Back deck was being built and once complete, will be a great area to sit back and relax. Would return back for sure.

Perfect Getaway

This property is immaculate. Super clean, fully stocked, fluffy beds and all cozy ambiance. The house is set up simply & tastefully. The back patio deck overlooks water & sunsets. The house is a short walk to all the things downtown, especially close to distillery & winery. Check in and check out were seamless. Thank you for providing a property that 100% matches the description and was worthy of the price.
