Beautiful home, so spacious, quiet neighborhood. Our host was so welcoming and even left treats for our dog who traveled with us. We would definitely stay here again!!

From the moment we arrived, everything about this stay was amazing! The host went above and beyond to make us feel welcome—communication was quick, friendly, and helpful, which made check-in a breeze.The property was spotless and beautifully maintained. You can tell there’s so much care and thought put into every detail, from the cozy touches to the well-stocked essentials. It truly felt like a home away from home. The location was great - less than 20 minutes from the town! We appreciated the little extras that made our stay special and stress-free. It’s rare to find a place that combines comfort, cleanliness, and such genuine hospitality. We can’t wait to come back and would recommend this property to anyone looking for a relaxing getaway!

We absolutely loved our stay!!! Everything was fabulous. The house is gorgeous and the hosts are phenomenal! Everything was so beautiful even down to the hand soap! The location is perfect, not too close to town but not too far away either. The neighborhood is very quiet and peaceful. The pool and backyard is serene! The host is super accommodating, we were able to check in a bit early and the ease of check in and out was super easy. I can’t say enough about how gorgeous and well put together this house is, the beds were very comfortable and the furniture in the house was also comfy. The towels were luxurious even down to the shampoo and body wash. They have board games and lots of places to hang out in the house. We will definitely be booking a longer stay here. Out of all the places that I have been this is by far one of my favorites. We come to Saint Augustine about 2 to 3 times a year and we’ve stayed from hotels to bed n breakfast places and this house was by far my favorite, it’s amazing. The host checked on us throughout our stay and made sure everything was up to our expectations and it all was.

We had a wonderful stay and would absolutely rent this home again. The owner was very responsive and easy to communicate with, which always makes a big difference when booking a vacation rental. My boyfriend and I traveled down to spend time with my parents, sister, and brother who live nearby, and the house worked perfectly for our family gathering. There was plenty of space for six adults to spread out comfortably, and the rooms were large and well laid out. One feature that was especially helpful for us was the ground-floor bedroom and bathroom, which made things much easier for my dad who has knee issues and doesn't do well with stairs. The outdoor space is great too. There's a fenced backyard, which was perfect since my parents travel with their dog. We also loved the Adirondack chairs and fire pit area, and the house has a pool and BBQ as well. Even though we didn't use everything during our stay, it was nice to have so many options for relaxing outside. The location is very convenient, close to downtown St. Augustine and an easy drive to the beaches. The house had everything we needed, and we ended up spending a lot of time just relaxing there, cooking, and enjoying time together as a family. We've stayed in a number of vacation rentals over the years, and this home was especially comfortable and well set up for a family stay. We would definitely return.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this home in the Lincolnville Historic District! The house was spotless, incredibly spacious, and perfect for our multigenerational family vacation. Everyone had plenty of room to relax, and the layout made it easy for grandparents, parents, and kids to all feel comfortable.The location was great — a quiet, charming neighborhood within walking distance of downtown St. Augustine. We loved being able to stroll to shops, restaurants, and historic sites, and it was also an easy drive to everything else we wanted to see.The heated pool was a fantastic bonus and made for relaxing afternoons after exploring the city. The kids loved it! Meanwhile, the adults appreciated how well-stocked the kitchen was; it had everything we needed for meals at home, and the Nespresso machine was such a delightful addition to our mornings.Our host, Shraddha, was incredibly helpful and responded very quickly to any questions we had. She also provided excellent recommendations for restaurants and activities in the area, which made our stay even more enjoyable. We highly recommend this rental and would absolutely stay here again. It made our St. Augustine getaway truly special!
