Nice property just outside of the shopping/restaurant area. Very convenient to be able to walk out to the beach from where you are staying.

Location!!!

You will not find a better location with more spectacular views! Literally steps from your own private beach. Communication with Karen was stellar. This will become an annual trip for us!!

Everything you could ask for!

We had a great time for our first time to Florida, This property was well maintained and super close to the beach........Got to see Dolphins and rays from the beach, Spectacular sunsets and every one else staying on the property were super nice! We will be planning a return trip soon! AAAAAAAAAAAA++++++++++

Mid Island sunsets

Our stay at the Shores was absolutely amazing. Karen was on top of everything from the second we booked to the minute we left….LOCATION LOCATION LOCATION….this part of the island is very quiet and if you want to seek out the party life it’s a short walk….everything you could imagine is right outside your door step…beach, sun, water, groceries, bars, restaurants, rental bikes, pharmacy…literally everything …we had an amazing time and are already planning our return…sunsets from this mid island location are priceless!….thank you to Karen and Florida!

Beautiful beach view!

HIghly recommend this property. Prettiest view on the beach. Outdoor chairs provided right outside the condo. Condo was clean and ready when we got there, with everything provided that we needed for our stay. It was the perfect size for the 2 of us. Can’t wait to go back again!!!

Good but should have been excellent

We booked top floor oceanfront w/2 windows & a balcony to enjoy the view! Unfortunately upon arrival, there was a crane there & workers were painting all week. It was very annoying & made our stay less enjoyable.

Perfect beachfront location! Three steps and you are there. Not crowded at all! Condo was clean with all the necessities at hand.

Beautiful ocean view with dolphins

Location perfect- on the beach-across street from grocery. Nice decking area with lawn chairs and a place to rinse your feet. Coin laundry on property! Walking distance from restaurants. Property owners attentive and available.

On the Beach

Don and Karen are the best this is our second time at this condo we love it and is right on the beach. We will be returning it’s a perfect location with Publix grocery store right across the street it’s very convenient.

Great weekend getaway!

We had a great time at the shores! Right on the beach, beautiful weather, tons of sea shells, right across the street from publix grocery store for convenience. Condo was clean and overlooked the gulf. We slept to the sound of the waves every night. Highly recommend! thanks a lot!

Great time

We had an amazing time of relaxing and soaking in the beautiful views of the beach and sunsets. Karen was amazing and kept in touch during the week. My only advice is if you do not rent a car do not count on Uber at all, it was never available so definitely schedule a ride to airport with a taxi company.

Be careful

Location is on the beach, there is a lot of construction though so be prepared to sit in traffic and the condo is next to a hotel. I asked for the windows to be left cracked open for airflow before our arrival for COVID reasons and was ignored. I know there were people there the day of our arrival as there was a wet glass in the cupboard. Floors were dirty, beach chairs were useless as they were rusted. Beach towels were old and flimsy. Bed pillows were flat and old. The listing listed kayaks and bikes, when I confirmed a few days before our arrival they were there, I was told we could get them in the area. Gas grill was on listing, only 2 charcoal grills in the building's storage area which was being treated for an infestation while we were there. The gas grill, kayaks and bikes have now been removed from the listing after I complained. We ended up leaving 2 days early from our 4 night stay because we were so disgusted. I tried working with the owner for a partial refund (I even requested less than the 2 nights I was charged) she said I should have canceled (her listing says no cancellations, hmmm) or let her know the floors needed mopping, she would have brought towels, chairs and mopped the floors. Ok. Sure. Maybe make sure things are ok before renting your place out. Won't be using VRBO again.

Peaceful Relaxation with Awesome View

Location, Location, Location as they say... this peaceful one-bedroom condo was perfect for my Ft Myers stay. The view is top-notch as are the owners of this property, Don & Karen go the extra mile to make sure that you are satisfied and answer any questions you may have ASAP. You will find this condo perfect for a getaway or an extended stay, all the amenities are right there as well as a Publix right across the street. I would definitely stay here again, in my honest opinion, this is the best condo on the property as it has the best location and definitely the best views, glad I came across this little gem !!

We booked for a long weekend and could not have picked a better place. Quiet neighborhood and a grocery store right across the street. The owners made sure we had everything we needed for our stay.
