Located extremely close to the busiest street of Barra da Tijuca, the Olegario Maciel Avenue, where there are many restaurants, bars, pharmacies and convenience stores. It contains a queen size bed and a sofa bed comprising four people. The kitchen is fully equipped with utensils and appliances. The bathroom is complete and contains towels and hair dryer. Charming and with an incredible view of the ocean, this apartment has everything you need for a fantastic stay in Rio de Janeiro.

Apto ótimo, atendimento desorganizado

Estadia foi boa, quanto estrutura o custo benefício da experiência foi ótimo, mas pelo atendimento do proprietário (Pedro) não da pra dar nota melhor. Apartamento excelente, aparentemente recém reformado (de muito bom gosto), de frente pra praia, bem aconchegante (ficamos em 4 pessoas), fácil pra parar o carro na rua sem dores de cabeça, o único ponto quanto a estrutura é o grande volume de formigas na cozinha. No quesito atendimento deixou muito a desejar, foi extremamente desorganizado. O proprietário claramente não fez um simples "checklist" pra entrada dos "hóspedes" e demonstrou a falta de profissionalismo e o mínimo de organização esperada. Ele sabia que íamos em 4 pessoas e não deixou roupa de cama para o sofá cama e nem toalha pra todos; Não tinha esponja pra lavar louça e detergente; Rolo de papel estava no final e não tinha para reposição; Não deixou (e nem levou depois) o controle do ar condicionado (tivemos que deixar a janela aberta, mas como choveu de domingo a terça-feira, pingava pra dentro da casa e durante a noite entrou muito pernilongo); Fogão cooktop não estava funcionando (tivemos que usar um elétrico que não tivemos instruções pra uso) e por fim - mas não menos importante - não informou nenhuma conduta básica do condomínio (onde jogar o lixo, por onde entrar quando voltar da praia, que horas fica sem porteiro o prédio, qual o nº da portaria no interfone, etc).
