Surrounded by guarumo trees (a toucan’s favorite!), this beauty sits three stories tall with a bedroom on the first floor and two on the second floor. Each bedroom has its own bathroom, balcony/terrace and walk-in closet. Outdoor spiral staircases take you to the third floor to the rooftop balcony with spectacular views. The huge deck, which is perfect for tanning and activities, has a beautiful infinity pool with hot tub. A large car port is also on premises.
