Jaco Beach Ocean Front y centro de la ciudad !! ¡La puerta sale a la playa!

Mi casa de playa está ubicada en el centro de Jaco Beach, a una cuadra de la calle principal en el centro de Jaco. A solo 5 minutos a pie de 3 supermercados, 2 bancos y 30 restaurantes y tiendas, pero a la vez ubicados en un entorno tranquilo y privado.
Desde nuestra propiedad frente al mar puede escuchar el sonido constante de las olas y sentir la brisa del océano. Tenemos una hermosa piscina justo en frente de la playa, para relajarse o para entretenerse con amigos y familiares.
A menudo se pueden ver las guacamayas, tucanes, gekos y, por supuesto, las iguanas verdes de la propiedad.
La casa principal tiene 2 dormitorios y los otros 4 dormitorios están al lado de la piscina, separados de la casa por un hermoso jardín de flores con más de 100 especies de plantas.
Esta casa es limpia, cómoda y muy bien mantenida, tiene pisos de baldosas nuevas, gabinetes de cocina nuevos con encimeras de granito y electrodomésticos de cocina nuevos. Todas las habitaciones tienen aire acondicionado para que pueda dormir cómodamente y todas las camas son colchones de almohadas con 300 sábanas de amenazas
El Parque Nacional Manuel Antonio está a solo una hora en coche de la casa, donde se pueden ver diferentes tipos de monos, perezosos y hermosas playas de arena blanca.
Para una emoción, puede disfrutar de los diferentes recorridos en el área, como el recorrido en ATV o Canopy Zip Line.

Property was excellent! Clean and well maintained. Hosts were prompt to answer any housekeeping requests. Plenty of flora for a calm, pleasant, "muy tranquilo" vibe. Will definitely stay again!!!

Green Iguana Beach House

The property was beautiful and location superb. Steve was extremely helpful before and during our stay. The shoreline was rocky in areas but the water and sunsets were gorgeous. Perfect place for a big group. My family and I would stay here again.

Costa Rico Fishing Trip

This was our second stay and had a great time. The host and staff are wonderful. The location is terrific right on the beach with your own pool and 10-minute drive to a marina to go deep sea fishing.

My friends and I stayed at this place and we were just enthused by the location in Jaco. Steve was great and was always attentive. Looking foeard to staying there again.

2025 Family Vacation

Our family of 6 adults and 2 children thoroughly enjoyed this property. The owner, Steve, was always available, but not intrusive. The property was clean and had all that we needed for a wonderful week. Great access to town and beach. 10 out of 10--couldn't be beat. Beautiful landscaping and jungle murals really gave a Pura Vida vibe!!

Guys Fishing Trip

Our group consisted of five guys there for a deep sea fishing trip. The accommodations were perfect as we all had a private room with its own bathroom. The common areas were very spacious and clean. The pool and surrounding gardens were maintained daily. Also the property is heavily protected with locking gates to the street and beach. We will definitely be back!

Great Family Vacation

We enjoyed the fact that it was big enough for our entire family. Pool was great. All the restaurants within walking distance were great. Mattresses need an upgrade.

Great Vacation Home

This is me and my friends second time staying here. We really enjoyed the property. Fits 8 adults comfortably with a full kitchen for a chef to cook. Pool was regularly clean and beach access was 20ft away. Steve was a great host with great knowledge of the area and recommendations.

On the beach at Jaco during New Years

Location was great, specifically if you're into beach things. Grocery store in walking distance was helpful. Owner was helpful when required. Had staff cleaning the place every day and offered to do laundry for us as well. Place is showing its age a bit, but all in all it did the job for our crew of 11.

Winter vacation 2025

Our stay at the Green Iguana beach house was great! The location couldn't be more suitable for getting to everything that you need in town and you are right on the beach for beautiful sunsets every evening. We had Dennis and Meliny cook dinner for us one evening they are the Chef's that Steve recommended from Bella Vista Cocina. The food was excellent! Steve and his housekeepers kept the place spotless. He was a great host we hope we can make it back there soon evening

Beach paradise

Meticulously maintained property with the most Amazing beach ever. Professional in every way the woman who maintains the property was amazing. Beautiful pool , bar and outdoor hangout area. Walking distance to everything will be back for sure!

The property was centrally located to town and anything you wanted to do. The beach was pretty but too rough to play in. The pool area was where we spent most of our time. Plenty of chairs to relax and hang out. Plenty of room/beds for large parties

Lovely Property

The home in Jaco Beach was the perfect size for our two families. Our host was friendly and responsive. The pool and beach access was convenient and fun. The only detractor was the “adult” transactions occurring at the end of the driveway/street. It was sad and stressful to walk past any time we left the house.

Amazing property with an unbelievable location

Pictures do not do this place justice. The location is excellent - almost too good to be true! Steve is kind and helpful. Vicki and her daughter keep the place super tidy and they are both super sweet. I will recommend to friends and family.

January 2023 Trip

Stayed for 6 night with friends in a fishing trip. Had an issue or two however Steve was a great host and addressed promptly. He also arranged a cook to come in and had a nice meal prepared for us.

2024 Boys trip

Entire vacation was fantastic. Host / owner and staff could not of been more friendly. Location on the beach, two buildings with multiple bedrooms, common gathering areas and pool made this vacation a huge success for my six buddies and me. The location was very close to the adult activity, casino, stores and restaurants. Special thanks to the property staff. They worked hard and always seemed to have a smile and positive attitude.

Beauty and convenience

Steve has a wonderful property, conveniently located in the middle of town. The property is very well maintained and was cleaned daily during our visit. July Family Vacation

Steve and the housekeeping were excellent. They was prompt with responding to all the request we had while there. There was a total of 11 of us and all accommodations were up to par. Initially we were shocked because of the activity on the side street but throughout our stay there we had no worries or concerns with the nightlife activities. We also had an amazing night out on the town with the lady’s that’s take care of the upkeep for the property.

Jaco Beach House

The house is hidden down an unkept alley which was concerning upon arrival. Otherwise, it was exactly as advertised! The rooms were clean and the location was perfect for our group. We had direct beach access with restaurants & clubs literally next door. You could sit in the back and listen to the ocean or turn on the pool waterfall and be in a private oasis. The house is secure and we never were worried about our safety.

Great Vacation Home in Center of Town

We were a group of 12 first visit to Jaco . Steve and Vickie were excellent hosts. They were nearby for any questions or issues, and they quickly resolved them. The property is gorgeous right on beach for lovely sunsets. pool area was great to hang out. Safe and secure property,near to everything. Try the chef Dennis was reasonable price and the food was delicious . Thank YOu for a wonderful first visit to Costa Rica we will be back. Sara K
