Great Location

Great location! The condo was clean. We were 25min from Magic Kingdom, 55 min from Legoland, and 30 min from Islands of Adventure (GPS). The property owner was quick to reply when I had questions. Walmart was on the same street. The entire condo was all on one level upstairs. You entered through the lower level front door and immediately went up the stairs within the unit to the condo. We enjoyed our stay and hope to return again.

Honeymoon stay

The property location was perfect for what we came for. The pool and Spa you can access were gorgeous and very clean! The few "complaints" that we had were the fact that there were 2 flights for a third upon entering that were not listed, were not handicap or anything just a pain lugging everything up and down the stairs constantly. The light switches in almost every room were pooping out of the wall just a cosmetic fix needed there. Also make sure that you literally pack everything if you plan on staying more than 2 days. Things like laundry soap, dish soap, toilet paper and trash bags. Yes you are literally right next to Walmart which was awesome but you cant buy just a few of these things without buying a whole box so it ends up being a waste of money for the person staying. Otherwise all in all the people were very friendly and the grounds were clean and beautiful! Thank you!!!

Great stay!

Condo worked great for our visit to Disney. Easy drive to all parks. All kinds of stores and restaurants very close by. You could even walk to Walmart if you wanted to.

Great layout and location

We love the neighborhood and the pool and splash pad just down the street. The condo is nice but there were some small things that need to be touched up. Overall, the beds were comfortable and the location was perfect for a Disney World visit.

O.K. But a few issues.

The Oakwater location was centrally located to all major attractions and restaurants. It was very well landscaped. The pool and club house was very nice. The townhouse was in reasonable condition but we did experience a few issues. First the hot water tank stopped working but problem was corrected after a few hours. The TV in the common room stopped working and was not repaired. However we could use the TV in the bedroom. The dishwasher had no power. The light bulb next to the front door didn’t work. There was also a bulb out in a ceiling light. None if the issues were major and we still enjoyed our visit to Florida.

Comfortable and Close!

Great stay, Lynn was very responsive via email and the unit had every basic that you could need for a Disney getaway. Also, very close to the parks and immediately next to a 24 hour Walmart (to help with any last minute needs); perfect spot! Would definitely stay here again.

It is definitely a place I want to return next year. Kitchen supplies are more than enough for six people. It's decorated tastefully and up to date. Beds are so comfortable. We cannot say enough about this home! We would highly recommend this place!

Acceptable

The unit was very close to Disney World and main roads. Over all Thr unit was very nice but. The unit could have had more appliances(mainly pots and pans). We were required to wash our towels before we left and that did not make sense. We had a issue with the electronic lock on front door and since I did not have any idea how to fix it. I tried everything and finally figured out how to get it working again. I called the owner and Homeaway and since it was late no one was available for help. The cost had extra fees since I could not pay by check or credit card. I believe a more up front with that information while you are looking for property would have helped me decide where I stayed.

Excellent location for Disney parks

My stay was issue free and the owner was very responsive in answering all my concerns. The townhouse was imaculant and very well taken care of. The furnishings and decor were top of the line and was more than sufficent for a family of 4. A 46 inch TV was a plus and included a premium cable package- which I never seen with other rentals before. I will definitely be coming back to this rental for my future stays in Kissimmee.

An Excellent Place to Stay for an Orlando Vacation

The home is located a few miles from the Walt Disney World Main Entrance. It took no more that 15 minutes from when we pulled out of the drive way to parking the car. Universal Studios was about 12-15 miles away. The home has been recently updated, is clean and the neighborhood was very quiet. Lynn was extremely responsive to Q&As about the site. We usually heard back from her within an hour on any questions we had. We will definitely be staying here again!
