Excellent stay, exactly as described!

Excellent spring break vacation in this beautiful home in the perfect location in Deer Valley. Glen was very responsive with our questions and helpful with recommendations for our first visit to this area. Will definitely stay here again if we come back!

Great mid mountain stay

We loved the cabin. Hot tub was great. Rooms were clean and nicely furnished. Location was great for us - family of 4 w/ 5YO and 7YO skiers.

Great family getaway at Deer Valley

Our family really enjoyed our stay at this Ridgepoint unit. The ski out/ski in short walk back worked wonderfully for us. Great location. Very clean and comfortable. Unit had everything we needed and we loved the private hot tub. Excellent communication from the owners as well.

Incredible stay!

Even better than in pictures! Wonderful townhouse, location is so easy for skiing and getting to town. Glen and Sarah are amazing communicators and went above and beyond. We would love to come back.

Wonderful 4 days at exceptional ski chalet

The condo had everything we needed and more! Very attractive decor, comfortable common areas & bedrooms, and convenient access to skiing. Felt like home only better! And the hosts checked in to make sure we had everything we needed. Perfect stay!

Excellent stay

This condo is as advertised. I have stayed in a lot of VRBOs over the years and this is one of the best. Everything worked - which is not always the case. Very comfortable living space. Very well-equipped kitchen. Awesome hot tub. Parking garage a plus, particularly given the 2 feet of snow we received!

Deer valley

Amenities were great, all the toiletries are provided and kitchen had everything we needed to cook. The home is close to restaurants and skiing. Just outside your door is a great place to play in the snow and sled.

Our family enjoyed our stay at the Ridgepoint property in Deer Valley. The ski out was wonderful, difficult to ski back in for the kiddos. A decluttering of the drawers, cabinets and under the beds would have been greatly appreciated.

Wonderful Condo in Der Valley

We stayed at the condo for Christmas. The hosts Sarah and Glen were so incredibly helpful before and during our stay. The house was beautifully decorated for Christmas. The house is modern and clean. We had everything we needed for an amazing vacation! I would highly recommend the property.

Great Property

Perfect condo for a family ski vacation. Comfortable bedrooms with a massive master suite. Upstairs living area and kitchen are huge. Easy access to skiing and public transportation. The kitchen had everything you would need if you wanted to have meals in the condo and stocking different coffee options was a very nice touch. The hosts were very easy to communicate with and helped with local knowledge a number of times. Would definitely book this property again! Thank you for sharing your home with us!

Lovely Home with Ski-In-/Ski-Out Access

Unilike many properties, this home is an actual residence of the owners and has the comfortable feeling of a live-in family home. The home is well-equipped and comes with good instructions for systems, etc. The location is ultra-quiet with lovely views. The owners communicated well and we encountered no problems.

Great snow and Condo in Silverlake!!

We had an amazing time at the Condo last week with Epic snow and conditions!! The condo was perfect for our family of 5 and the kitchen was stocked with spices/coffee etc!! We enjoyed cooking and spending time playing games and chess after a long day of skiing!! Hot tub was perfect for the end of the day!! Skiing on/off couldn't be easier! Another great stay

This was our second time staying here. The place was great and the new floors made it even nicer and easier to keep clean. Our trip was cut short on the front end due to a flight cancellation. The hosts were very accommodating about last minute changes to our plans and even offered to extend our stay one day free of charge to help make up for our trip being cut short. Unfortunately we could not take them up on their offer although it was very appreciated. I am sure we will be back. Thanks again!

Family Ski Trip

The house was welcoming and the owners were in touch throughout the entire process. The house was clean and well-stocked. All of the bedrooms are located on the lower level. The kitchen and main living area are located on the upper level. The private hot tub was a great feature after a long day on the slopes! This location is a true ski-out. But you have a 5 minute walk back to the house. We had 3 boys (ages 7,10,12) and this was not a problem. Our family had a wonderful stay!

The host was excellent! They have taken great care to make you feel at home, for example, the towels are not threadbare and cheap, they are big and luxurious - the kind you would put in your own home. The dinnerware and cooking ware was top notch. The beds have fabulous mattresses. They have even made sure the TP is not the cheap kind (you know what I mean:)). The host contacted us ahead of time to let us know that it was unseasonably warm (the warmest Dec. in 30 years) so the skiing would not be what we were used to in the west. This was incredibly thoughtful so that we could prepare and plan differently. The wood burning fireplace is fantastic and we grilled out 2 nights! Thank you!!

Great hosts!

The hosts have set up a great house with all of the basics included so you can just enjoy your trip. They are very responsive and informative. Perfect spot mid-mountain, quick drives to anywhere you want to go. Very clean, nice layout and hot tub is a bonus! Highly recommend!!!

Very disappointing. I don’t understand the previous 5 star reviews.

The owners’ communication was very good. Wifi was good. The bad: Cluttered. It feels like someone decided to rent their property as of yesterday. Everything from condiments in the refrigerator to random clothes in drawers etc. It didn’t give the impression of a nice, clean, organized rental property. Overall level of cleanliness and maintenance. While I feel that the housekeepers basically did a reasonable job with basic cleaning, anything beyond the most basic cleaning and maintenance was disregarded. For example, it was an unfortunate first impression when I saw that 3 of the 6 bulbs over the master sink were not working. Another negative impression was when one of my daughters tried to place her clothes in the dresser drawer- but discovered that several of the drawers were completely broken. The worst moment was at the main dining table when my 13 year old daughter pointed out that the light fixture above the table had numerous dead flies in it. Carpet- approximately 90% of the property was carpeted- master bath sink area, laundry area etc.. Stains were present in the carpet in numerous locations and it was all clearly in need of being replaced with new carpet or something that was more capable of handling renters. Square Footage. The property is listed as being 2,250. While this figure may be correct, the property feels much smaller. The bottom floor contains the master bedroom/bath, the other 2 bedrooms, and the 2nd full bathroom. The ½ bath is at the level of the front door, between level 1 and level 2. The kitchen and living room are on level 2. Level 3 has just an open room that contains games etc- basically a loft. The trouble is that the bedrooms are much more cramped in their positioning than I would have expected in this square footage. Towels- we requested additional bath towels and also kitchen dish-towels, since the kitchen only had one towel in the location where I was told the towels were. The quality of the original towels and the additional ones were not at the level that I would have provided to guests in my own home- and it was not even close. The additional kitchen towels that we were provided were unusable, almost rags. They were tired, stained towels, not reasonable for drying clean dishes. I certainly expected more from this property- particularly given ALL previous reviews were 5 stars. This type of experience makes me hesitant to use VRBO in the future.

Ridgepoint is unique among Deer Valley neighborhoods, in that it offers not only the ability to ski out directly onto Deer Valley slopes, but also covered parking, and a community hot tub. Its mid-mountain location provided quick and convenient access to Park City's famous Main Street with its many restaurants, bars and galleries, and even quicker access to the restaurants in Silver Lake Village such as the Stein Ericksen Lodge and many others. In the summer, the community tennis court is open, and the ski access becomes mountain biking access, directly on to Deer Valley's "Tour de Homes" trail.

Our end unit enjoys abundant natural light and great views from the many windows on three sides. It is also located at the top of the ski access trail making it easy to step out the front door and into your skis just steps from the front porch. The property feels brand new with the new hard surface flooring, fresh interior and exterior paint, new refrigerator and sofas with built in recliners, and our incredibly well-stocked kitchen and coffee bar. Pamper yourself at the end of a long day on the slopes with a soothing soak in our private hot tub, and enjoy a glass of wine from our honor bar collection of fine wines. Relax in our cozy reading nook/den while the kids play foosball in the loft, or gather around the wood-burning fireplace and large high-definition television in the spacious living room for family movie night. We also have a large open area just outside our door which is great for sledding, making snowmen or just playing in the snow.
