Another great stay on the mountain!

This was our second time renting this house, it was in great shape, has tremendous convenience to the ski slope, ski out and mostly ski back which is great. The kitchen is well appointed, the hot tub is very nice, and overall we had a wonderful stay and would certainly rent it again!

Great spot and nice unit. The ski out, walk-ski in is accurate and totally manageable. The manager was great and on top of everything. She was very responsive - we had a great time and would come back for another stay.

Modern house, great for friends and/or family. Views are superb and has ski in/out access to Deer Valley. Has everything you need in the kitchen and baths - don’t need to bug or bring staple items. Property Manager was very responsive and nice.

Beautiful location and home

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and appreciated the access to Lisa and her help with questions. We had a little trouble finding the exact unit but she came over to direct us to the lovely home. Tons of room for 6 in the living room and the kids really enjoyed the hot tub!! Great time was had by all!!

Fabulous home base!

We had such a fabulous stay at this condo in deer valley! The location to the mountain is perfect (we skiied out of silver lake lodge on the days that the kids didn’t have ski school), and everything was both lovely and cozy. We had planned to have a number of dinners out and ended up staying home because the house was so comfortable and the kitchen so well stocked! Many thanks to Lisa for her responsiveness and care! We’d love to return in the future…

Ski trip

We had a wonderful snowy week in deer valley at this beautiful condo. Location was easy ski out for intermediate skiers and to ski in to the condo there was just a short walk before placing your skis back on. The condo was very clean, had very nice furnishings and the kitchen was well stocked with cooking supplies. Location was very close to silver lake lodge and a short drive down to park city Main Street. Hot tub was nice right off the primary bedroom and kids and teens had plenty of room to hang out after skiing in the large living room.

Perfect for our family

We were very happy with this property. Updated modern design, great location, plenty of space, hot tub with great views, and probably the most comfortable sofa we’ve experienced. It’s an easy ski out but it required a little work for our 5 and 7 y/o kids to ski in, but certainly manageable. We also availed of the free bus that stops at the end of the street and delivers you to Main Street in 10 minutes. Excellent response and care from Lisa who helped us with our check in/out. Highly recommended if space is a priority.

Outstanding November Stay!!

We stayed here late November for the Thanksgiving weekend. We had an amazing experience. Excellent location. Very clean. Very nice condo. We were able to sleep 9 very comfortably. It can sleep even more. We were most impressed with the customer service given to us by management--John--- in particular who met some specific needs unique to our family and our stay. We will definitely stay here again. Ski during the daytime and play games, relaxed during the evenings. Loved the hot tub. Great great stay!!

FABULOUS VIEW COMFY STYLISH FURNISH

Hot water doesn’t ever really make its way into the shower in the front bedroom. This should be checked out. Only one bedroom has a king bed. This property would be much more accessible to three adult couples with 3 king beds. Ski-in/Ski-out status is a stretch because there is a lot of walking involved… However this is an excellent location when skiing Deer Valley. Overall we loved the place! Used the grill and hot tub everyday - cannot wait to come back next year!!

Terrific Location and Views!!!

Property is exactly as described! Very well appointed, views out of the living room and master bedroom are spectacular, and the ski-out / ski-walk-ski back in was perfect.We expected the ski-out to be easy, and it was, but the ski-walk-ski back to the property was not a big deal. There's a 5 minute brisk walk getting back, but it's downhill, easy to navigate, and nearly just as easy. Our 14 yo navigated it several times w/o issue.I may have missed it in the listing, but the property has heated tile floors on the bottom and main levels. It's always great to have heated floors in the bathrooms, but this home had it in common areas as well. Overnight temps were low for our trip and the heated floors were awesome!Lastly, Lisa's communication and flexibility for our trip was spot on. We appreciated her efforts to ensure we had everything needed, and her timely and thorough communication was a big plus. We look forward to staying in this condo again!
