House is in a very quiet, and sought after neighborhood of East Pensacola Heights. Very close to the bridge that connects main Pensacola proper to Pensacola Beach while still 3 miles away from the airport.

There is shared pool and laundry room at the end of the sunroom attached to this main house that guests from the smaller detached house in the same lot can also use.

The master bedroom with new bathroom is located away from rest of the bedrooms for privacy, with sunroom and easy access to laundry room. Almost an independent unit with its own kitchenette.

Shared Laundry Room at the end of the sunroom attached to this unit:
- Newer Samsung high capacity washer and dryers with complimentary starter liquid soap and softener. This area is shared by 2 Airbnb units in the lot one being this unit.

Security:
- the unit is a smart home fully protected by Vivint, has smart smoke and motion detectors.
- you enter the unit with a secured keypad code.
- Doorbells have camera monitors, side yard is also camera monitored by the owner/property managers.
- Please don't modify/use the security system panel as it controls both units in the lot.

BEFORE BOOKING, please review the sleeping arrangement and bed sizes to make sure it will fit your needs. House is in a very quiet neighborhood. Kindly make sure you and your group agree to follow quiet hours between 10PM to 8AM (let's discuss if you have questions), absolutely NO smoking (will be subject to $300 remediation), no cooking of food with strong smell (will be subject to $150 remediation). We have external camera monitoring that will verify guest count and noise monitors in the house for security, we will not allow more than declared guests to avoid fire hazard if beyond our maximum capacity, let's discuss if there are changes atleast a day before arrival. Please be truthful on guest count as you can forfeit your payment even if you are forced to cancel. We love hosting but also need to be mindful of our wonderful neighbors. Any violation may subject to immediate eviction regardless of the time and you will lose rest of the payments. Thanks for your understanding.

There is another smaller detached Airbnb in the same lot to the left of the unit that is atleast about 20ft away.

House is close to the southern tip of Pensacola proper connecting the city to Pensacola Beach. We are 8.6mi, about 18mins to Pensacola Beach.

You can walk withing two blocks to the nearest bayou. Some guests have fished there and is about 2 to 4 minutes walk.

There are 2 detached houses in a big lot, driveway parking is shared between 2 houses, you are renting the detached bigger main brick house on the right of the lot. Driveway can fit total of 4 cars, 2 each side of the driveway in tandem. Your assigned parking slot is on the right driveway for 2 cars in tandem closer to the main brick detached house. Left of the driveway is reserved for the smaller house guests (another Airbnb) please provide enough space in left driveway.
