Why they chose this property

Proctor itself is full of local Vermont charm which inspired our motto, "Feel the real Vermont!". We are situated half way in between the mountains and the lakes. Ski Killington or Okemo in the winter and take a dip in Lake Bomoseen or Lake Saint Catherine in the summer. All of Rutland's restaurants and amenities are right down the road as well.
