The Witt's End is an adorable converted shuttle bus, located on Long Creek Haven in Del Rio, TN, which is a gorgeous 4 acre retreat with 1200ft of creek frontage. Long Creek Haven is located in the Smoky Mountains of east Tennessee and the Cherokee National Forest, so outdoor recreation abounds! The Witt's End is parked next to a gorgeous creek! The Witt's End has all of the creature comforts of home, including a kitchenette completely equipped to cook complete meals, a comfy & cozy full-sized sleeping nook, a comfy sofa for relaxing, dining, or working, and a wet bath! The wet bath has a camp bag toilet. The Witt's End also has heating, AC, & WiFi. It does not have a TV. The bus is best suited for a solo guest, a couple, or a couple with 1 young child. Experience a wonderful stay in this superb converted shuttlebus - the perfect home base for your adventures. Feel free to reach out to us during your stay! Dispose of human waste from the camp toilet. Hang the bus door key on the hook by the door. Place all garbage in the dumpster near the entrance to the driveway. Thank you!
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
One pet allowed! If guests arrive with2 o r more pets, they will be denied entry! No refund!! Questions/concerns must be addressed prior to booking!
DO NOT USE BATH TOWELS ON PETS! Pet towels are provided! Guests will be charged for damaged towels (makeup, hair dye, etc.).

Everything was as described. The hosts were incredibly kind and attentive and made sure I had everything I needed to be able to relax and enjoy being out of the city for a few days. I felt recharged after staying there for a long weekend, would definitely go back

My husband and I are originally from FL. We retired and moved to the Smoky Mountains of east Tennessee! My husband is a retired ASE master auto technician. I am a retired elementary school teacher. We enjoy traveling and hosting guests at our small private campground, Long Creek Haven! You can find us on Google, FB, Harvest Hosts, Hipcamp, The Dyrt, etc. We enjoy hosting because we love meeting people and hearing their travel stories!

Why they chose this property

We chose Del Rio, TN because of the natural beauty of the Smoky Mountains! Our property is located in the Cherokee National Forest. Long Creek Haven has 1200 ft of creek frontage on Long Creek. The creek is breathtaking! We are located 1 hour from Asheville, Knoxville, Gatlinburg, Pigeon Forge, & Sevierville. The entrance to The Great Smoky Mountain National Park is located in Cosby, which is 30 min. away.

What makes this property unique

Our property is serene and peaceful! Our property has an enclosed outdoor shower, outdoor grilling and dining pavilion. We have beautiful rv and tent sites on the creek!
