The home was excellent. The location (150 yards from the beach) was 5 Stars. Inlet beach is awesome!! The home was a 5. The hosting group was a 1. Poor communicators through VRBO (which is their whole reason for existing).

Home perfect for large family; outdoor área with pool, fire place was perfect; service from the rental company tended to our every need quickly; amenities in home were well thought out…trash bags, d/w det, etc…Easy bike ride to tennis, coffee, shops, etc…WILL return to this home.

Gorgeous property and excellent location

This home was so beautiful and the location was fantastic. We paid ahead to heat the pool and it was heated when get got there. I would absolutely stay here again. No complaints, the only thing we never found were beach towels. Beds were comfortable and the sunsets were so pretty from all of the back decks. The kitchen had enough to cook but wish it had been a little more stocked with cooking utensils, again it had the basics and was just fine. I hope to stay here again, it was awesome

Several things about this property that have left a very negative impression with us. (1) I understand the need for landscape support and have a similar contract for our home. No problem. (2) The Landscapers we spoke with were professional and acknowledged the inconvenience of the noise that they were creating with their tree and shrub trimming activity. We appreciate that sensitivity to the fact that we had very small children that were still requiring daily naps. (3) The guys (2 or 3) were at the property 5hrs. At least, a couple of those hours were spent with motorized equipment and their trucks blocking the driveway. We were in the pool with the kids but it was not the family experience that it should have been. The tree and shrub trimming continued around us. (4) It is my understanding from talking with the Landscapers that the homeowner was staying at the property last week. Great...if that is true, then that is the time to have scheduled the yard and extended maintenance work. Even if the homeowner was not here, it is beyond my comprehension why such work would be scheduled during our visit, considering the price per day that this property is commanding. (5) Our experience is set; however, for the future, I strongly recommend that you make sure that such work is not scheduled during premium rental time. At the very least, call and discuss in advance allowing us the opportunity to get out of the driveway.

It’s great to hear that the landscapers were professional and acknowledged the noise, but we recognize that having them on-site for an extended period while you were trying to enjoy family time by the pool was not ideal. We strive to provide a seamless experience for our guests, and we regret that this maintenance work affected your time at Inlet Beach. Your suggestion about scheduling such activities during off-peak times is valuable, and we will certainly take it into consideration for the future. We want every family to have the relaxing getaway they deserve, and we appreciate you bringing this to our attention.
