Welcome to the Cheerful Pelican...your 2 Bed/2 Bath, Beach to Bay get away! Enjoy Sunrise and Sunset views from two different screened lanais just steps from sand or pier. Located between Bridge Street and Coquina Beach with a trolley stop and a Gulf Drive walkway just outside your door, paradise is found! Amenities include pool, spa, tennis, pickleball, fishing, grills, pier, and more!

Quaint, 16 unit condo complex with easy access to Bridge Street`s action! We have 1 parking space. Once you arrive, there`s plenty to do within walking distance and a free shuttle on the entire island.

You`ll be on the 2nd floor (no elevator) with pool and hot tub access with beach chairs and an umbrella.

We live right down the street (within 3 miles) and are here to help you! Our real estate store front is located at 119 Bridge Street, just steps away from the unit. Please come see us!
