Stunning bayfront getaway located on Anna Maria Island. Your paradise is located on picturesque Sarasota bay directly across from historic Cortez Village with beautiful sunrise views from your kitchen, café, dining, living rooms and private rooftop deck. A rare gem on the island with Bayfront views and a few steps to the tranquil Gulf beaches.

This paradise retreat has three bedrooms and three bathrooms. You will find two master suites with king size beds, private full bathrooms and walk-in closets. An additional bedroom with two twin size beds, spacious closet and separate full bath. Luxury sheets and towels provided.

Cook to your hearts content. Whether you’re grilling or cooking, our fully stocked kitchen and propane grill has all the conveniences of home making meal time easy and convenient.

There is private covered parking, although once you park, you may never want to leave. Historic Bridge Street with restaurants, activities, fishing pier and boutique shopping are just around the corner. Hop on the free Anna Maria trolley. Sit back, relax, enjoy the view and leave the driving and parking to someone else. Hop on and off as often as you like. Several trolleys loop the island from Coquina Beach on the southern tip in Bradenton Beach up to the City Pier in the City of Anna Maria on the northern end of the island on a daily basis. The trolleys also run on most holidays.

Find tranquility at the beach with powdery sand and crystal turquoise waters, which are only a stone’s throw away. Rejuvenate in our supplied beach chairs, beach towels and umbrellas or collect sea shells and watch the manatee, dolphin, and shorebirds. Complete your day with breathtaking sunsets and moonlit strolls.

Enjoy fishing on the dock while you dangle your toes in the water.

The private rooftop deck is perfect for morning coffee and evening cocktails with temperate breezes and an amazing panoramic view.

This is our home away from home and we hope it can be yours. We have everything you need. Just pack and relax.

Awesome location on the bay and a block from the beach. Excellent host that reached out multiple times to make sure our stay was going well. Excellent amenities with beach and fishing supplies and comfortable rooms. Great rooftop deck with a view of the bay for sunrises.

My Mom and I had a fabulous stay at this most awesome location on Anna Maria Island. The host was the BEST host I have ever worked with and my expectations were blown away! Very well stocked kitchen, including real knives. Good view out the family room window, 2 minute walk to a great beach, and fabulous recommendations for restaurants and things to do. Didn’t stay long enough to use the bikes but how fabulous that they’re available! Jim was very responsive and accommodating. All in all we had a great time!!

Just got back from 3 nights at Ana Maria Sunrise. This place is fabulous! We were 5 (not so young) college friends coming from all over the country for our annual reunion and we couldn’t believe all of the amenities that were in this very private condo. Although the weather was not the best, we had a fantastic time hanging out in this clean! and comfortable setting. Jim, our host, answered all communications with prompt, informative, and personalized responses. My recommendation is the highest. I will definitely book this place again.

This place is amazing! The location is perfected located right on the water in the bay but just a short walk to the amenities offered on the Gulf side beach. The owner thought of every detail when stocking this condo for his guests. Check in was easy, the condo was spotless,comfortable and beautifully decorated. Jim was responsive to our requests and even located a 4th bike for us to use during our stay. Our experience was top notch. We will be back!

When you take the family on vacation you want to stay somewhere nice, and this unit is really nice. You can certainly see it in the photos. It has a very cool layout and the location is excellent. Maybe a 2-3 minute walk to the beach. The views are also stunning and relaxing. Gotta get up early and take in the sunrise on the rooftop deck! But, what we appreciated most, was the amenities and the host, Jim. The kitchen has everything you'll need and then some. The beds are comfortable! Subjective I know, but they are. There are fishing poles, umbrellas, chairs, boogie boards, paddle boards, kayak, and even 3 bikes! There's soap, sunscreen, shampoo, conditioner, towels, games, puzzles, I could go on and on. There's even a binder with instructions, helpful hints, and things to do. Most places just don't provide this stuff...and understandably so. But this one does, so take advantage. And Jim is the best. The communication is excellent. He even checks in on you from time to time. A true gentleman. So, take advantage of this one if you can, you won't regret it.

The Best of Both Worlds. The Bay/Ocean and Sunrise/Sunset

Omg! I cannot say enough about how amazing this place is. I have always stayed ocean front, but this beautiful bay getaway was just gorgeous and relaxing with more to see. Boats, dolphins, kids fishing etc. In addition you are just steps away from the ocean. Wake up to the sunrise and walk a minute away and see the sunset. The home itself is beyound beautiful and the kitchen and rooms have all you need and more. My boys loved the private balcony. We even chartered a boat to go shelling. . The host was amazing. Communicates timely and very helpful. The home had bikes to use, paddle boards, etc. I would highly recommend booking . My all time favorite. I cant forget to add walking distance to great restaurants, shopping and places to get groceries.

The location was perfect. Beautiful view of the bay and right across the street from the ocean. The condo was clean and has everything you need. It is within walking distance to several restaurants and mini golf or a short trolley ride to anywhere on the island. I would highly recommend staying here. The owners were extremely nice and very easy to talk to. They even went the extra mile and decorated for birthday celebrations we were having.

Beautiful Intracoastal Apartment

Fantastic apartment located only 5 minute walk to Bridge Street shops and restaurants. One minute walk to the beach and the most amazing views from the boat dock and roof top balcony as the sun rises over the intracoastal waterway. Property is stunning with everything you could ever need.

Absolutely loved our stay. The location is perfect and the home is beautiful. Extremely accommodating, you don’t have to bring anything, just food . Jim was great and attentive. We will definitely be back.

Ideal Location with Great Amenities

We had a fantastic stay at this rental! The location is ideal—right on the bay for beautiful, peaceful views, but just a short walk to the Gulf beach, which gave us the best of both worlds. The condo was spotless when we arrived and clearly well cared for. The beds were very comfortable, and we appreciated how well-stocked the place was, especially with beach chairs, umbrellas, and other gear that made our beach days so easy. We also loved we could walk to Bridge St Communication with the host was top-notch—friendly, responsive, and helpful throughout our stay. We would absolutely stay here again when we return to the area!

Family get away

Jim’s place is located .40 miles from Bridge street and super walkable to restaurants and the beach. He has everything you need for your stay. Easy check in and great communication . Will definitely stay again!

Between the Beach and the Bay Get Away

Perfect location, access to the bay with a dock and across the street you have the bay. The water on both sides is very clean and beautiful, you don't see water like this just any where. Very clean condo, updated and really great access. The manager was amazing, very helpful and was always available to answer any questions you have. This is definitely one of the best vacation spots that we have been to.

You don’t want to miss this one!

So comfortable and well stocked with everything you need for a great vacation. Steps from the beach, right on the bay. Great kitchen and good parking in a quiet, relaxed setting. Beds were comfortable and even my mother-in-law, who has very high standards, was impressed by how clean it was. Lots of fun things to do when you’re in the mood to go out and also a great place to enjoy the down time. We couldn’t have been more satisfied!

Amazing Condo

The condo was very clean, comfortable, well decorated and had everything we needed. It has beautiful views of the bay and a very short walk to the beach. Rental is as described. The Host was so helpful with local info. Beautiful view. We loved the roof patio to relax & enjoy the view. Beach is across the street with easy access with the cart at the place. Very comfortable.

Anna Maria Celebration

We stayed for 28 days. We found a welcome bottle of wine upon arrival. The unit was clean and well equipped as advertised. Jim, the owner was easy to connect with and pleasant. We had plenty of parking for our guests. Beach was a very short walk away. We loved having the bay view on one side and also the Gulf beach side available to is. I did fish off the pier with limited luck, but I enjoyed the quiet time. The view is awesome! There was plenty of beach equipment available to us. We often walked 5 mins to the beach for the sunsets, just beautiful!!This was a 5 star stay!

This was a great location and the condo was fully stocked. The beds were comfortable which is super important and very hard to find. Jim was an excellent host and all the beach supplies were available. Would definitely stay here again!

Paradise perfection

Oh my gosh was this place fantastic! It was completely furnished and not scantily or cheaply completely furnished either. It had everything down to charging cords a toaster/broiler/airfryer/toaster oven, grill, beach buggy, boogie board, fishing poles, lotions, shampoos, razors, paper products. We watched dolphins go past in the bay. Watched the bridge go up and the traffic back up that we didn’t have to deal with because we were already here and parked. It’s like 200 feet to the gulf. Watch the sunrise in the morning and the sunset in the evening. Close to Bridge Street and the town. Nice and quiet even though we were so close to everything. The owners were wonderful and extended more than one courtesty that was totally unexpected. I would give this ten stars if I could.The only thing you need to bring is clothes, snacks and a pair of binoculars in case there are more dolphins or a capsizing boat that you want to see better. We will definitely go nowhere else. It’s even better than the pictures. Many many stars. You won’t find better owners to work with.

Great month in Bradenton Beach

our condo was terrific. So lovely, clean, well appointed and wonderfully located. Our landlord was very easy to communicate with and generous with supplies provided for us. Great great great stay!
