My wife, Angie and I are from Fremont, Nebraska - just outside of Omaha. GO BIG RED. We love supporting our local high school and college teams, watching football, basketball, track & field, cross country, swimming, hockey, and more! We are a very active family and enjoy hiking, exercising, and spending time in the sun! We love this area and this home so much, and would love to share it with you!
Why they chose this property
We built this new home in Sun City Festival because we love all the amenities in this area: 27-hole golf course, restaurant, swimming pools, mountain trails for hiking, 2 different workout facilities, art studios, and so much more. This community has it all and is only 12 miles outside the city of Surprise where there are great shopping and restaurants. Only 45 minutes from the Phoenix airport.
What makes this property unique
This property is a brand new build, just finished in August 2024. Thus, it is fully updated, newly furnished, and has exceptional views of the White Tank Mountains from the patio. You can enjoy the evenings and take a golf cart ride in our new 4 person golf cart to get a closer look and the amazing view.
