This house was an amazing stay! We enjoyed ourself. Beautiful area and the house is decorated so cute. The house has everything you would need. The owner was amazing! He was so kind and helpful. I would stay here again and recommend it to anyone who is looking for an easy stay in a beautiful area.

Grateful

This stay was wonderful and quiet. The neighborhood was so quiet and peaceful. I truly enjoyed staying here with my boyfriend and pup. The house was absolutely what we needed. It was so homey and we loved the backyard. We stayed for about 3 weeks and it was very nice. Communication was great as well. Feeling so grateful for this nice get away.

Nice clean home, comfortable living spaces and a spacious open kitchen area. Lots of helpful spices and appliances to help make dinner, too! The pool was great. Being the first week of June it was a perfect 82F for a refreshing dip after work.The location is away from town, but also away from the noise of the interstate. It was closer to work for me, which made for a nicer commute.Thank you for a great stay!

A wonderful place to stay

This property was an ideal place to stay while visiting family in Buckeye. The kids loved the pool and the rooms were clean and a nice size. Safe neighborhood. The owner provided all we needed to make our stay enjoyable.

Quiet and Cozy Home

This cute and cozy home was stocked with everything that my husband and I needed. The neighborhood was nice and quiet. Location is great, far enough from town to be peaceful with no traffic, but close enough to be within 15-20 minutes of a grocery store. The host was also great with communication. Definitely recommend staying here if in the area.

Best vacation!

We had a great time at Tony’s house! It was perfect for a month long vacation for us coming from the snow belt. The house was very clean and comfortable. We thoroughly enjoyed the pool and backyard. It was quiet and the neighborhood was friendly. Groceries are a short drive away and if you didn’t want to cook, the Tartesso food trucks were a 5minute walk. We are hoping to return next year!

Perfect for Staycation

We were looking for something away from the noise with a pool. This fit the bill. We were able to get Walmart delivery so being 20 min from “stuff” was not an issue. The rooms were comfortable and the backyard/pool were just what we needed to get away and celebrate family and a first birthday. Bonus that the property manager was extremely helpful and lives right next door. Thanks so much!!!

Cozy and comfy

We had to do an extended stay at the property since we moved to the area from Missouri. The home was perfect for all our needs while waiting for our own house to be built. The pool was an amazing bonus for us to cool off in our first AZ summer!

Great overall

Great little home. Only downside is there's no place to get groceries nearby. Other than that though the place was excellent. Fully stocked kitchen with cooking utensils beautiful decor friendly manager.

Beach Cottage in the Desert

Just what we needed, peace and quiet. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Would have been nice to have shops closer but you can't have it all. Was happy to swap peace and quiet for convenience.

All the rules were hand written on notes around the house, which was rather strange. Remotes for the TV were very confusing and missing batteries

The stay was good. Would have been nice to use the pool, the heater wasn't working. The patio screen was broken so couldn't leave the patio door open. The drapes on the patio door are a mess and should be replaced with blinds or at least drapes that have a pull on them. The solar lights in the back yard all need replaced there was no light on the patio or in the yard so sitting out at night was just in the dark.

Very disappointed that there was no dining room table and chairs. Kitchen stove was not clean. Patio screen door did not open and close well.

WE LOVED THE STAY THE ONLY PROBLEM WAS THE COMMUNICATION WITH THE PROPERTY MANGER SHE DID NOT KNOW MUCH ABOUT CHECKING US IN. SHE COULD NOT GET IN THE LOCK BOX SO SHE GAVE US HER KEYS. THEN CAME OVER TO SEE IF SHE COULD GET IN THE LOCK BOX AGAIN BUT NEVER COULD GET IN I GUESS HER HUSBAND NORMALLY DOES IT BUT HE WAS OUT OF TOWN. ALSO WOULD LIKE TO BEEN ABLE TO CHECK IN EARLY BUT NO ONE RESPONDED TO MY EMAIL THAT DAY.

We enjoyed the house. The neighborhood was quiet and nice. The cleaning had been done by a person who wasn’t familiar with the products they were using. There was a layer of oil on much of the furniture and the stove had not been cleaned properly. The bathrooms were fine and there was more than enough towels and linens. The backyard was very pretty and it would have been nice to be there at a time to use the pool. The biggest problem with the house was the location. It was 8-10 miles from the nearest restaurant, store, gas station, etc. and to get to any of those, you had to get on I-10 which is chronically under construction. The price of the rental took this into consideration.
