Several outdoor spaces including a large yard, patio, screened in porch, and a boat dock for swimming/relaxing lakeside. Fully stocked kitchen with new appliances and grill included. Comfy new beds, furniture and linens. Full finished basement. Located near several lakeside restaurants and only 15 min from Downtown Effingham! Dock is available to park your boat.

My husband and I bought this house in 2022 as our last child left home for college. We wanted to always have a place in Effingham our kids could call home, and we decided that if our home were a fun one, our adult kids would be more apt to visit. I enjoy hosting and connecting with people from across the country.

Quiet neighborhood with mostly year-round neighbors, large yard, recently renovated interior. Neighborhood is safe and friendly, easily walkable for exercise.

What makes this property unique

Our home is comfortable and clean, and provides all the conveniences of home. It's It's not fancy, but it makes for a great destination to make fun memories with your favorite people.
