Best location! Within 3 blocks of all downtown amenities, including City Beach, Sand creek Trail, boat launch, restaurants, bars, The Hive and the Panida entertainment venues and more. Private fenced rooftop patio. Artistic home with beautiful touches and everything you need for a 5-star stay. Solar Hot Water heat for the the environmentally conscious. Steam room in bath.
40 restaurants within a 4 block radius plus lots of retail shops and entertainment. You can't find a better location for all Sandpoint has to offer.
Home was built by and served as residence of Sandpoint's longest serving mayor. Note there is a separate unit downstairs with a separate entrance that can also be booked and combined for larger groups.
