We stayed for stagecoach 2026 the wife and plus another couple had a great experience. Clean and ready when we arrived plenty of kitchen utensils the gas BBQ worked it was a good size not extra large so your not going to tailgate here enough for a family size cook out more than plenty. There is a small patio perfect for morning coffee and biscuits. All in all we had a great trip and would do it again cheers.

Wonderful stay

I was very pleased with my stay , host was extremely responsive and detailed with instructions . Place was clean and in a beautiful area , very comfortable and has everything you need . Very satisfied with this stay and would definitely rent again .

The host, Karley, was very responsive and provided a lot of useful information prior to checkin, e.g. good restaurants nearby. He allowed early checkin and had the A/C running before we arrived, a real plus given the 100 degree temps. Pool and hot tub were very convenient and never crowded. Location is central to many PS sites. Beautiful mountain views looking over the 2nd fairway. Lovely patio, with awning outside dining room, and another outside master bedroom. Unit was quiet, cool, and clean. Parking for 2 cars, including garage stall. Appliances, including laundry, all worked fine. One cup Kuerig took some experimenting to figure out water volume. We would stay here again.

Great location- cluttered, unusable garage- property quite dark- took a day and a half to receive password to network- no battery in smoke detector (owner replaced)- grill outdated and not working (owner replaced)- walk-in shower had only one of two glass slider doors- patio light not working, due to faulty wiring. Owner told us that was our problem and that we should “grow up”- property sleeps four, yet only a one-cup coffee maker- cookware looked like rejects from a yard sale

Slightly mixed review

House was fine. If a bit dark and in need of some updating. Maybe it’s just me but the security was too much. Doors to outside were old and hard to use. Sticks needed? Plantation shutters were damaged and flimsy plastic. BUT The home was clean and systems worked. We didn’t cook or do laundry but all that looked fine. The host was very nice and helpful which is a big plus in our book. Would certainly stay again.
