We really enjoyed our stay at Black-Berry Cottage! From the moment we walked in, it felt cozy and welcoming. You can tell the owners put a lot of thought into making it a comfortable and fun place to stay. It was the perfect spot for our family and we loved everything about it. Everything was exactly as described and even better in person! Three Creeks Resort was a hidden gem and we loved the clubhouse, the resort style pool, and pickleball. We wish we could’ve stayed longer! We will definitely come back and will highly recommend it to all of our friends and family.

Excellent property. Great location. Tons of activities on the premises for all ages to enjoy. Add in the club house & pickle ball courts and you have activities for all. If you want a casino, lake, breweries, restaurants and all other kids of activities, it’s all just a short drive away.

We’re very sorry to hear about the issue with bugs. That’s definitely not the experience we want for our guests. We do have our homes sprayed quarterly and have already scheduled additional pest control treatment.

For families who are considering this property but are wondering is it worth the investment. GO. This is the ideal family get-a-way. Space for everyone in the family to gather and congregate. Wonderful cabin! Lots of activities for the kids to do and everything was very clean! LOTS of dishes for our group of 13. We got to we deer in the backyard and the kids loved exploring outside. Would absolutely stay here again

We enjoyed our stay! The bedroom where the patio is the bathroom wasn’t cleaned well. When we were cooking breakfast Saturday morning we had 2 roaches crawl onto the stove. The hot tub wasn’t clean it had a lot of oil inside it. The pool table pocket on the left side is broken the balls kept falling on to the ground . But, we enjoyed the pool and basketball court. Also the dining room chairs are filthy as well as the patio furniture pillows.

It was amazing!! It was everything we expected. Our kiddos had a great time and the staff at lodge was very kind. There was a couple of minimal things. This property was amazing and had so much to offer, even just at the house! All the kids were so entertained! We also enjoyed the amenities at the clubhouse as well. My only negative was the playset outside was covered in spiders/spiderwebs (normal when you’re in the woods) but my girls refused to go on it because of that. Also just put the clubhouse address as your destination and follow the prompts from your text from the owners or you may end up 6 miles away from the actual property Overall it was an amazing stay and we can’t wait to go back!

We had a wonderful stay and would definitely book this property again. The cabin was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, with everything we needed for a relaxing getaway. The community pool is beautiful, well maintained, and the perfect place to unwind after a day of exploring. We also loved the pickleball courts—they were in excellent condition, easy to access, and conveniently located within the resort. Very comfortable house for a large family. We had 8 young grandchildren with us and this place thought of everything to keep the kids busy. Between the pickleball courts , pool, ping pong tables at the clubhouse to all the outdoor games and playground in our backyard we didn't have to leave the area to find entertainment's.

Overall we had a great stay at black beary cottage and would stay here again. I dont really have any complaints but a couple of requests for the host based off of things we needed and didn’t have that we felt should be provided. There was no dish soap other than for the dishwasher. We needed to wash baby bottles and pans and didn’t have soap for these items. Dryer sheets or dryer balls was another thing. They provide laundry detergent pods but nothing for the dryer. The third and last thing we needed but wasn’t provided was some type of cooking oil. I would still recommend black beary cottage!
