5 habitaciones, 4 baños y medio, 2 cocinas, un amplio porche con mosquitero, un gran balcón con un área cubierta para sentarse al aire libre y disfrutar de la vista en cualquier clima. Hay un segundo balcón fuera del dormitorio principal.

El Pavillion es el lugar perfecto para celebrar reuniones familiares y invitados a la boda. Se encuentra en 8 acres, y está a solo 5 minutos a pie del centro de Southwest Harbor. Puedes caminar hacia la ciudad, ¡pero también tienes privacidad!
A 20 minutos en coche de Bar Harbor y a 5 minutos en coche del Parque Nacional Acadia. Camina y explora a tu gusto!

En la ciudad hay un jardín de mariposas en el agua, un lugar ideal para hacer un picnic, una tienda de alquiler de bicicletas, una tienda de kayaks, restaurantes y muchas tiendas.

En el primer piso, el Pavillion tiene 1 dormitorio con una cama doble y una cama individual, 1 baño y una cocina, sala de estar con tres camas individuales (para niños), área de comedor y un gran porche cubierto.
En el segundo piso hay 4 dormitorios y 3. 5 baños, una cocina, comedor, sala de estar y un pequeño balcón fuera del dormitorio principal y un balcón gigante fuera de la sala de estar y el comedor. Este balcón también tiene un área cubierta para que pueda cenar afuera, incluso si está lloviendo.

El Pabellón de Anna está situado en 8 acres con nuestras otras casas. Estas casas también se enumeran en Homeaway. Esto lo convierte en un lugar perfecto para reuniones familiares ya que se pueden alquilar varias casas.

Recomendamos alquilar Lookout si desea espacio adicional, ya que está más cerca del Pabellón. Entonces le recomendamos la casa Rose and Carriage.

Perfect Family Gathering Get Away

This house is really great for big family or friend get together. The bedroom to bathroom layout is perfect as no one has to wait to use a bathroom and also allows a lot of privacy. The open deck upstairs is wonderful place to take in the natural and peaceful scenery all around. It’s close and yet far from the noise and crowd of Bar Harbor. Trails are easy to get to and Southwest Harbor can be easily walked to where we enjoyed restaurants, cafes and shops. We come to Southwest Harbor every year, but this is our first time staying here. Our family all agreed it was the best place yet!

Great family vacation

The property exceeded our expectations. The photos didn’t do it justice. This is a great property for a large family vacationing together. A short distance from Bar Harbor and the quiet serenity of a small vacation community. The town of Southwest Harbor is amazing, everyone is very nice.

Great for large families

We brought our extended family here for a small reunion and it was just what we were looking for! Lots of space for privacy as well as open spaces for being all together. Beautiful quiet location walkable to Southwest Harbor shops/restaurants, easy drive to Acadia loop for those beautiful hikes. Marc is a wonderful host.

Southwest Harbor 2024

The house is spacious and well-located for day trips to Bar Harbor and Acadia. Marc was very responsive to any questions. It was great to be on the quiet side and share the Maine experience with our 3 adult sons and their sig others. Loved the fire pit!

Family trip

While the weather was not so agreeable, the stay in SWHarbor was. This was a beautiful property, very convenient, responsive host, all around a great stay! We enjoyed many hikes in Acadia- Beehive, Beach Mountain etc. We also loved Echo Lake on the sunny days. Highly Recommend!

We had a wonderful time celebrating our 40th wedding anniversary with our family in this beautiful home! Great location….. convenient to all the Acadia sites!! Perfect for a reunion!

We are a group of 13 ladies who have been traveling together for 25+ years, and though we rarely are all able to go we still need a place that will allow each of us to sleep in our own bed, enough bathrooms for that many women, and a big table and seating for dominoes, food, and lots of conversation. Two refrigerators helped and the walking distance to town was fabulous. The owner was gracious and attentive.

Fantastic Stay Near Acadia

Nine of us, aged 3-63, spent a week at this home while exploring Acadia National Park. We found the location to be perfect for us, as it was easy to travel to different parts of the park, and we enjoyed exploring and eating in Southwest Harbor. The house itself was fantastic. It was well maintained and had tons of space for sleeping and hanging out together. The kitchen was well stocked for making meals and we found the beds comfortable. Lots of bathrooms for our large group was a welcome bonus! One bedroom with its own bathroom and living/kitchen space was downstairs and that worked out great for our parents with a young child. The screened porch was amazing. The grounds around Pavilion House were beautiful and well supplied for outside fun. And checking out was the easiest process I’ve ever had in a VRBO! Marc was super easy to work with and always responded to questions quickly and thoroughly. We would love to stay again!

Week at the Green Pavilion

The Green Pavilion was excellent for our family. The owner/manager is helpful, available, interested in making our stay good. Lots of space, comfortable beds, abundant linens and towels and all the extras for bathrooms and kitchen. There is a Hospitality Suite with lots of DVDs. The TV in our house worked great for that. There is a green space for corn hole and outdoor events like frog catching. Fire pits available which we did not find time to use but next time. There are other cottages within the property but all are nestled in the woods and never heard or saw anyone else. For us it was a great week!

Peaceful, spacious, convenient

Our family of ten (three generations) stayed in this spacious home in peaceful Southwest Harbor during a gorgeous week in June. The sleeping quarters and bathrooms accommodated us nicely. The main kitchen served well, too--we cooked most mornings and evenings. Although we didn't cook in the second kitchen, the extra fridge and freezer was handy. The grill is large and well-maintained, and we took advantage of the fire pit. It was terrific to be able to walk to town, and we appreciated the hosts' recommendations of restaurants, markets, and places to see aside from the beaten path in the Acadia. (We did beat the common path to Bar Harbor and the east side of MDI, too--it's an easy drive.) We had a truly wonderful week in Anna's Quietside and will all remember it fondly.

"Comin' home to a place he'd never been before."  Some of the opening lyrics to John Denver's Rocky Mountain High encapsulate how our family felt staying at this wonderfully well laid-out home that is conveniently located near Acadia National Park.  From the owner's attentiveness during the rental and pre-arrival to the entire stay, I can see why this place was a 10 of 10 on the reviews I checked prior to booking.  Now, I get it.  We are a three generation family that stayed here for a week-long family vacation.  The beautiful green home is nestled perfectly in the trees, there is an Asian decor that Mr. Miyagi would tip his cap to.  A four-foot-plus wide hallway in the bedrooms area made it feel even more spacious than it already was.  The layout of the home is extremely well-planned.  The deck and enclosed dining area under it are absolute gems, you will spend a lot of time in these two places.  The kitchen is stocked with all the dishes and cooking utensils to make any meal.  The dual Weber grills outside were immaculate and very high quality.  The bathrooms were all spacious and well stocked with towels, soaps, shampoo.  The grounds were an exploring paradise for the elementary age kids on our trip, woods, clearings for play(tons of recreation equipment in a cute shed near the pond and firepits.  The firepits were well provisioned with seasoned wood and firestarters, do yourself a favor and enjoy these at least once during your stay.  This is located very close to many of

Southwest Harbor Delight

The house layout was perfect for us! There were 8 adults and 2 boys age 12. Downstairs was a bedroom and den and full bath and small kitchen. The 2 boys and their parents slept and played on the lower level. The den had 2 twin size sleepers so the boys and their adults were together. The rest of us were upstairs. The space was great! There were 3 1/2 bathrooms upstairs. The best upstairs feature was the deck, we spent lots of time there. Downstairs had a huge table inside a screen room. We had several meals on the screen porch. There was lots of outdoor space for the boys to roam and ride bikes. We felt very safe and comfortable. Marc the host provided everything we needed for a lobster boil which was fantastic! Two large grills were outside too! We cooked much of our food outdoors. Loved it.

Great Property/ Perfect location

This place is amazing and we would definitely recommend booking it! Just be aware that the prohibition against cooking lobster actually extends to anything “fragrant.” if your group doesn’t cook no big deal but if you do like we did nearly every night then you should adjust your menu plans accordingly.

Great time at the pavilion

We had 11 of us, extended family. The pavilion is a great house for a large party in a great location. Everything was clean and ready for us. The owners went above and beyond by providing soaps, shampoo, and body wash in all the bathrooms and soap in the kitchen. One thing that is a bit misleading is that this is not one house on 8 acres of property, but Its several houses on the 8 acres of property, so the house is not quite as isolated as one might think. The pond area and firepit areas are all shared amongst the houses on the property, so those are first come first serve, but we had no issue getting to use the firepit area. Otherwise we had a great stay in a great location. Southwest Harbor, while it still has traffic and some crowds, it definitely is the more quiet side of Acadia as compared to Bar Harbor which I found to be more crowded than my liking. With that said, Southwest Harbor still has some viable options for some tourist shopping and also for eating out. All in all a great stay!

A Spacious house in a quiet neighborhood, so close to the town of Southwest Harbor.

This house was fantastic for our family. We were 5 grown adults-4 daughters and our 81 year old mom. We each had our own bedrooms. Comfortable beds and 5 separate bathrooms! We used the upstairs kitchen, which was roomy, supplied with lots of appliances and suited our individual cooking needs. A comfortable living room and big dining table. The place was clean and in good shape. We noticed a couple of things that could use repair, slow drainage in one of the bathroom sinks and one of the deck arm chairs had a missing screw. These are small things that can easily be repaired and did not affect our stay. The hosts, Victoria and Mike were great, accessible and informative. We would definitely stay here again!

Great Location

We really enjoyed our stay and Mark is an excellent host. However, the listing leads the renter to believe that the property includes 8 acres. It doesn't, it's one of many properties on 8 acres.
