Very sorry to hear that you were disappointed with your stay. I work very hard, along with my team, to make sure guests at the Cape Lookout and my other properties are happy. The vast majority of them leave comments and reviews making clear they were very satisfied. Many come back a second or third time. I am Premier Host with VRBO and a Super host with the other big platform, partly because of my habit of responsiveness and the care that I put into the properties. Your complaints reflect a high level of misunderstanding and contain gross inaccuracies. I have the water and air tested regularly. There is not a mold or mildew issue. As of today, two parties have stayed at the Cape Lookout after your departure. Both were effusive in their enjoyment of every aspect of the Cape, from the views, to the comfort level of the sleeping and living areas and the level to which it is equipped. Just prior to your stay, one guest wrote, "This is our first visit to the Cape Lookout...It was amazing coming to this property...this house was a little slice of heaven." Regarding your characterization of me, personally, I am glad there are plenty of other reviews for others to read. Here are some samples: "What an amazing home, super clean and well done. Peter was super helpful and welcoming." " We had the pleasure of meeting the owner and it was clear he cares about his guests. Great house!" "The owner was incredibly responsive as well and we felt well taken care of if we were to need anything." "Wonderful host." "Thanks to Peter for being so welcoming."
