The host requires you complete the following before checking out:
Load and start the dishwasher
Strip any used beds, gather used towels, and store extra beds
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks, and take out the trash
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Please bag all trash and place it in the outside bin in front of the garage. Before you leave, for the front door, use the keypad ONLY—do not lock the handle/deadbolt manually.
Please return outdoor furniture cushions to the storage bin. Make sure the hot tub is set to 98°, and the cover is on, secure, and latched. Return all games, lake gear, etc. to their original spots.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Rental agreement and initial deposit required at time of booking Quiet hours between 11pm-7am
